Influx of spam from Rizk, Casumo, and Dunder casino

Wouldn't it be smarter to remove the affiliates? That way you won't get any complaint.
That is what you're suppose to do and what we expect. That is what ''good'' casinos do.

I have to agree here. I don't understand why you are trying to contact this affiliate to ask them to remove an email address they have been spamming for months. This comes across as Casumo are keen to give the impression that they are tough on spamming, but the bottom line is you are not. Any operator that is worth their license would have simply shut this affiliate down immediately for breaking the terms of their affiliate agreement.

Please stop telling the forum that you have a zero tolerance approach to spamming if you don't.

We at Casumo are trying to get all of our Affiliates in order so this will not happened. I am here to help remove email address if needed. We are also preparing new measures so we can get lower number of complaints.

Can you please send me your email via DM so I can remove it.

what like I did a month ago and you told me you would do it then? No thanks, all its doing is confirming to your spam marketing team (affiliate or not they are working for you) that I do actually get the spam they are sending out.

How about explaining why, after you promised I would be removed within a couple of days a MONTH ago, I am still getting the exact same spam from the exact same affiliate?

A decent casino would close the affiliates account, I pointed out earlier in the thread the terms and conditions he was breaching, and I'm sure you have something in there that says if a casino sends emails pretending to be from you, then the account will be closed. Having the sender as Casumo Casino is obviously trying to trick the customer into thinking casumo is actually sending these out.

I was getting a lot of spam from an affiliate from SkyVegas a few months ago, I reported it to the head of affiliates, within 30 minutes, the affiliate tags resulted in a 404 and the affiliates account was suspended. Thats how you deal with spammers, not 'oh remove this one, he moans about spam' then allowing them to ignore you and continue on with the same spam as before.

The emails also have no T&C's in, which is a breach of the UKGC guidelines I believe.

You are also putting your accredited status at risk surely by allowing the spamming to continue, from the bit posted a few posts ago.

I have to agree, If theses affiliates are sending out to unwanted and you give them an email to remove than what do you think they are going to do with the email addy?

There going to spam even more knowing its a legit email or sell the details on,

You simply do not see this crap from 32red or videoslots,

Considering Casumo now has a T.V advert at least in the U.K yet still let spammy affiliates on the lose??

Next one on the go BGO About 2 a day, Now I like BGO and have done since day one, was singed up long b4 there name change.

Any body else??

I got alot of respect for them due to going from small to big, Complaints here and rep sorted, I mentioned the terms and excluded games not in alhl order and rep sorted it withen a few hours, Now if that was any thing to do with me or just a coincidence I not know but it was done,
I have seen many of smaller sites come here for what is needed and do a runner yet BGO is still here for us,

Nether the less the eamils are coming from spams

Not had any for BGO from that particular affiliate, but do get them from time to time from others on different emails addresses.

My problem is, the email I get the casumo ones on has only ever been used to sign up for casinos, accredited ones at that and has to have come from one of them.

These affiliates will keep getting away with it while spamtastic casinos like Casumo allow them to keep doing it and paying them for conversions. Alex can't be arsed to come back and answer any of my questions from my last post in this thread, simply because he knows they work with spammers and are happy to get business that way. Suppose its a way round not spamming directly as they would be rouged for that, maybe when theres evidence of them not taking action against spamming affiliates they should be rouged too, as in my eyes theres no difference whatsoever.

Looks like Casumo are back to their spamming ways, what with the other thread they haven't replied to (yet), and me getting 3 spam emails in a week for them. The first 2 i just deleted as I haven't had any for so long but heres the affiliate tag for the third @CasumoAffiliates @CasumoLouis @CasumoAndy if you can get the proof of my opt in please it would be appreciated. You might like to ask your affiliate how he is contacting me on an email address only ever used to sign up for the now closed, getminted casino? I can of course forward the email if you would like to pm me your email address

I disabled the link @colinsunderland - I know people try not to make links live but the posting does it automatically.

Simply put a space before URL at the front bracket and space instead of the / at the other end and the link will still show in full but nobody can click it.

The rep can simply C&P it into their browser to check the rogue affiliate.

Thanks, it was disabled anyway though, i replaced .com with xxxx and if you clicked it you would get 'page cannot be displayed' :D

Yeah, I know but it still came up as a valid clickable link in the post. Putting a space in means the rep can C&P without editing, which I hope they will to identify the individual.

Gotta love it when old threads resurface for a new beating to the bottom!
I will of course take another look into this, but could you forward it to me please?
