I heard INetBet is one of the better RTG sites so I played there, didnt take a bonus, and won some money. Well, i share this computer with my son and he lets his friends use it too. Well, i sent in my documents to INetBet and they emailed me and said that someone from my computer or ipaddress opened several accounts. I told them my son or his friends could have done that as he does gamble but they wont listen to me and they wont update my account so that i could withdraw. I can't believe they wont pay me when i deposited, played WITHOUT A BONUS, and sent in my doucments but because my son or his friends opened accounts, then i am screwed. can anyone help me?

This casino was reviewed right here

What has this got to do with whether it's a good RTG or not. I am pretty sure the Ts and Cs have something along the lines of not allowing multiple accounts from the same computer. IMO, you wont have a case unless none of those who played had taken a bonus and even then you are at their mercy whether to pay or not. Good Luck buddy!

Sorry but this sounds a little far fetched to me. And if what you say is true, you should keep a little closer eye on what your son does online.

Your profile says that you are a student. So are you an advanced adult who went back to university to obtain an MBA? Or is this CM account your son's account as well? Are you the student, or is it your son? How old are you?

As mentioned by previous posters...whole thing sounds a bit "off". And regardless if it's a good casino, or a rogue casino....multiple accounts (especially more than just yours and your son's) are a no no. You should never allow other people to gamble from your computer. Especially people who don't even reside at your address. You've been a member here for four years...surely you know this?

I think you are at the mercy of INETBET...The best you can hope for is a return of your deposit, if in fact youir son or one of his friends opened an account at INET on youir computer with the same IP .Why didn't you use your sons"s account to play then?

this is all new to me

im 80 years old and this is my son's CM account. I never played at an online casino and its a family computer so its used alot. I didnt even take a bonus as i heard its alot of playthrough required. I dont understand how i am to blame when i didnt make the other accounts! ill never play at an online casino again if this is how they treat you. I gambled my money withut a bonus and its crazy to think they arent going to pay when i win. ill have to contact my bank if i dont get paid soon or if they dont let me withdraw soon.

Sorry, but you should have read the terms & conditions beforehand....there's not a casino that I know of that doesn't have the "no multiple accounts from the same computer/household/etc" clause clearly stated in their T&C. Usually it's one of the first few items listed.

Think of it like this - would you buy a car without reading the terms and conditions of the warranty? Then come to find out the warranty papers simply stated "Sorry, but we won't cover any repairs at all! You've been duped!" .... as with that, you wouldn't have a leg to stand on, either.

I hate to be frank, but the saying holds true - buyer beware...

At least they'll give you your deposit back, so that you're not out any money.

OK I retract my previous statements.

inetbet, pay the man his money. I just checked your T&C, and there is NO mention of having multiple accounts listed under your general T&C. The only place this rule is listed is under promotional terms and conditions. eg: Only applies to those that take a bonus.

Promotional Terms and Conditions:

By accepting and playing using any of our promotional offers, the member indicates that the promotional terms and conditions have been read, printed, understood and agreed to.

One Bonus amount/account per family/household/computer.

New accounts (New player accounts) are defined as accounts that are opened by new players who have never at any stage opened an account at iNetBet before.

I strongly suggest that you stop communication in this thread in regards to this issue, and file a PAB immediately. This is one case where the casino is in the wrong, imo.

Im sorry but im not buying this load of horse manure, it reeks of something smelly going on.

I can understand a 80 year old playing online, hey thats cool, whats not cool is to threaten a chargeback and only a player who has been around the gambling block with past problems would ever issue a statement like that on an open forum, not a smart move and i can also tell you that Inetbet is pretty above board when it comes to paying players, like clockwork unless there is a breach in security and me thinks you and your student son knew damn well what you were doing.

Inetbet will not budge from their stance and if you do pursue a chargeback, this will cause you or your son to never be able to play online at any reputable casino again, Inetbet is a stickler for rules and you and your son broke them.

I understand if there were multiple accounts used... Just to Clarify - I am not touting for the player or Casino... I just want clarity...

The multiple account issue is there for bonus abusers as mentioned earlier right? So if somebody's son (Im not saying this is the case with the above post) made the multiple accounts and somebody else deposited and won - why was this only picked up when a withdrawal was requested... surely they should have prevented the person from depositing first???

If the deposit was accepted and lost - would they refund and lock the account?... Or... would this then mean that only on his next withdrawal attempt the account would be locked??? What is the purpose of the multiple account rule - aside from Bonus abuse...

Anyone care to clarify?

Spot on....great question.

And yes, the "multiple account" clause should only be in place for those players that take a bonus. If I have 100 friends over playing from the same computer, each with a different account; and nobody played with a bonus, there should be no reason for the casino to deny any sort of withdrawal. This is assuming that each and every person used their own cc/debit card/whatever.

I can't speak for all casinos, but most all of the ones I have ran into, well, the only thing they check to see if you have a duplicate account is to check your email address and see if it's registered to another account. They should be going by street address, and street address only.

Case in point - Pokerstars. You could make 1,000 accounts, as long as you have a unique email address for each one.

With dynamic IP's, there's no way they could prevent new players from joining, based simply on their IP address. They'd be blocking out 90% of new players if they did, simply because their ISP is the same, and they lived in the same area.

The only way to register multiple accounts is by uninstalling and then reinstalling the casino software. So that was done each time for who knows how many accounts that were set up.

Which means that either INetBet was NOT installed on your "shared" computer and you downloaded it and registered as a new player. Or did you uninstall and reinstall it knowing you had to set up another account?

Then there is the issue of the CM account. Why didn't your son post on your behalf?

I agree but would want a statement in writing from the casino giving their permission. Too easy to get caught in a gray area...

Sorry, but that's just not the case.....

You can create multiple accounts on your Windows computer fairly easy. This works great for shared computers. The great thing about this is the fact that since they are different user accounts, they do not share the same registry entries and so forth.

So basically you could have 2+ Windows accounts, and still be able to run the same software, but yet with different settings.

And in this case, when you run any casino from each account, you'll have the option of inputting the original casino login, or creating and using a totally new/different one.

Inet doesn't have phone support or live chat but in all my years reading this forum they have always payed legitimate winners. I have a strong feeling there is a big part of this story that that the OP is not telling us.

OFF TOPIC but still on inetbet
First I thinki INET IS FAIR AND pays and fast too That is the only outstanding thing about INET.
What is a MATCH bonus? I still don't understand it Is it the same as a deposit bonus? As you can see I have never tried to claim one.
Secondly, their comp program stinks and I think its false advertising to say that its the best online comp program
Then you have to send email to receive the comps That sucks. AT Jackpot Capital its immediate.
And lastly, I thiunk you have to have a doctorate in english to understand the different type of bonuses offered Play the wrong game and you are screwed
Ans lastly, who puts up 100 bucks and have to turn it over for 2,000 bucks (WR) inorder to recieve a 50% match then having to turn that over also Geesh

I am sorry but your story does not wash with me either. You son is getting or got his MBA he should have his own computer. And then you said you never played online, you have a complaint so that isn't the case. You are very vague in your explanation and you really need to come clean. Inet is reputable and If you have multiple accounts then you effed up..

Pinababy...being a student has nothing to do with age. I am 54 years old and went back to school 5 years ago after being out for 31 years. Will graduate with my Masters in 7 months in Forensic Psychology and will go on from there to get my PhD in Clinical Psychology. :D I'm a student as well as a business owner, so it's not for the young anymore!:)

if they take a deposit

i just dont understand how an online casino can justify taking a deposit, the player doesnt take a bonus, and then plays and wins, but if i had lost, THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT! they can never prove i opened up the other accounts anyways, people share this computer , and people can hack into ip addresses easily. how does an onlien casino even lose or take any risk when a person might have multiple accounts?? what if someoen forgot they had an accoutn and didnt play there in a logn time and wona jackpot, would they not get paid? its rediculous excuse not to pay someoen that does NOT use a bonus. They are so lucky they are offshore and unregulated but at the same time that makes us from the USA leary of them and also easy to chargeback since our government HATES them and would never help them in any way when it comes to chargebacks etc.

You're definitely not going to get any resolution to your issue by making posts like that. If I were you, I'd bite your tongue and PAB. You've been here long enough to know what that is, so I'll leave you to it.

You're bitching about how wrong it is for them to do what they're doing, but if you sit back and look at it, you're totally in the right and you're doing nothing to resolve it. And why in the world do you keep bringing up chargebacks over and over again? Keep that up and you're going to get on a few blacklists and then you won't have to worry about any casino taking your money - because you won't be able to play at any.
