It seems as he sent messages to one rep(Emily, who hasn't been online for 12 days) and the other (iNetBet Promos) came here to explain and then he thinks that Emily ignored him. He is one of those people who thinks that casino employees work all day, all night and never have some time off.

Lynn said she was working round the clock to fix this.I got the same message

You don't know what I think and you wouldn't want to know what I'm thinking right now. Not sure what your problem is. I'm just trying to update everyone on this issue and you've made it personal for some reason.

Many of us have been through what you are currently experiencing. This casino pays out like clockwork so the problem you are facing is just a mere blip. Of course if you don't believe us you are free to do so but if you post in a forum you get replies and we are under no obligation to treat anyone with kid gloves.

So when there are withdrawal issues with the payment processor does that affect all player withdrawals or just some?

Batch processing issues happen. It's a fact of life for on line casinos especially US facing casinos. This may be your first experience with it; and yes it is frustrating, but if you continue to play on line it wont be the last time you have to deal with it.

This usually affects a lot of players and takes the casino some time to resolve. At least a week or more in my experience. Constantly harassing support and the rep every day wont make it go any faster and will only give you a bigger headache. Just check in every few days to see how things are progressing. Eventually a reputable casino like this will get it resolved and you will be paid.

i heard from lynn this morning and she told me that all checks have began to go out.

so i,m sure that is what is happening and i,m sure all the people who are waitting will get their checks next week.

getting mad won,t help any i,ve been thought this more then once. this is what happens every so often when you play on-line.

but they are a good casino so theres no need to worry.

I have broad shoulders so I can take a punch with the best of them. Just don't expect me to lie down without returning fire just because I'm new here. If you have a point make it. If you just want to be a prick save it.

Can't believe Chu is being challenged to a punch out :eek2: He is one of the most mellow people here. Anyway maybe you bet the ponies -- legal in the US -- and not so much online casinos -- a severe no no in the US. Some groups pulled out of the US entirely and others stayed but have had to find creative ways to pay winners. So lately you have seen what most of us have dealt with for years. :)

Chuchu is a good egg and points out what needs to be said. I thought he was diplomatic. He is always a gentleman IMHO. I know you are upset but believe me you will be paid. Inetbet has given an honest and transparent answer to the current cashout situation; other less reputable casinos would be giving you the run around with creative excuses.

Please show your fellow forum members more respect and tolerance, and leave the forum moderation to the moderators. If that is asking too much of you then you are welcome to find somewhere else to post. Infraction given.

As I said in PM to you, I wasn't calling that member out or reffering to them as a prick, just suggesting that if someone is attacking for no reason to save it. Punishment and infraction accepted.

The tone of this thread reads so weird. Can't place my finger on why. Normally I can't stand new members with the type of attitude you have presented because as you put it you are new. Need a minute to chew what's in my mouth before you ask me if I want seconds. It's like being a guest in someones home, some things you just don't do on the first visit. But all that being said something is there that makes me almost like you. Meh maybe I'm just in a good mood this morning. I will say though if you consider anything said in this thread as possibly being "attacking" you're in for a very long ride :eek2:

Hope all works out with the money clearing.

And as I said to you in my reply to your PM, an infraction is a firm but gentle reminder that you haven't been behaving as we'd expect a mature and responsible forum member to behave. Where's the punishment? As Cleveland has already (more or less) said, if you think that is punishment then you need to tighten up your panties a little.

Punishment is when you get thrown to the curb for long enough for us to forget who you are. An infraction is just a firm but gentle reminder to behave better. So do, and I'm sure all will be well.

If you're saying Dirty Harry was a good movie I agree. Loved it then, it would probably make me cringe in embarassment now.

That said, as far as I know the "tighten up your panties" thing comes from a George Clooney film "Out Of Sight" (1998). Also a great movie and rather less cringe-making I should think.

LOL.

I was never a big fan of Out of Sight but Dirty Harry was, is and always will be a great movie! :)

Hi All,
Apologies for the delay in response.

I did not know that this had been posted here. I was actually just replying to exactly the same complaint from this player on another forum, when I was told that it was on here too. Horseplayer: - I am not sure if you have posted up anywhere else - if you have can you PM me to let me know?

As I posted in reply on the other forum please accept our apologies for this delay in receiving your funds.

As was explained to you in mail correspondence there was an error with the batch that was processed and we are trying to get this resolved - for you and others in the same batch.

At this time I am afraid I cannot give you any further information. As soon as we have this we will be in contact with you.

Unfortunately situations like this do arise sometimes when an outside source has to be used for payments.

Again please accept our apologies. Our accounts team will be in contact in due course.

Best Regards
iNetBet Promos

It's funny how a casino NEVER has a problem when a player is depositing. Problems only arise when players have to get paid. Hmmm...
