Inetbet - Processing times not working out

    I am having some grief with Inetbet.
    I submitted a withdrawal a few days ago in the evening. It took them 30+ hours to process it. Shorty after I had submitted the first withdrawal I submitted another two. After it being pending for 30+ hours as well did I seek support out. They told me it will be paid shortly. Apologized even.
    After nothing happening after another 5-6 hours did I seek support out again. I told them have a manager look into it.
    The webpages promises that withdrawals (to ewallets - which I am using) are processed within 24 hours and it even says the casino prides itself with managing within about 12 hours lately.
    So no manger apparently available - now I get told I will have the money in yet another day (by tomorrow morning) at which time it will have been 48 hours.
    Now i know for some 48 hours is fast and that is a correct statement for some casinos. But if a casino advertises the fact that it processes "same day" which stands for within 24 hours (to ewallets) and after said time having passed the player inquires and either gets no reply to emails asking politely what is wrong, what the issue is - And then the player goes to the new live chat option, gets told shortly, and then nothing happens again, and then gets told the next day - well, that bothers me.
    They advertise something which is a big draw to players and cant uphold it and when the player inquires for reasons - no reply.
    Gets told shortly and then after another 6 hours the player asks again and now its the next day but no explanation as to why.
    I rather have the casino be honest. If the casino cant pay out players till they brought some money in again - own up to it and be honest. Say we are having difficulties. Dont use delay tactics or the tactic of not answering emails.
    Then the support agent went so far to say that " we already processed one of your withdrawals". This casino has no maximum cash-out. The first withdrawal he was speaking about was submitted a day before the remaining ones - and here too did it take way over the advertised time frame. So to basically say, well, what are you complaining about, we paid one of your withdrawals, a withdrawal that was submitted a day before the others and was paid late - well that was rude to me.

    I just do not think it alright for the casino to treat customers like this. The motto with me right now seems to be "ignore the player". And that is bothersome and not worthy of them.

    So be advised - right now at least - the processing within 24 hours does not uphold.

    I am sorry I just read I should have contacted the casino rep here first. I have not done so. I am sorry. I did complain to the casino support.
    I just wanted to complain about non responsive to emails and the fact that their withdrawal times as advertised are not correct (at least in my case) and that attempts to find out what the issue are remained unanswered and I was given wrong information and keep getting pushed back.
