InetBet - not my fav

So I get my manager bonus of $10 from them yesterday. I played and played and managed to make a withdrawal of $85.

According to the cashier page, withdrawal was met so I made a withdrawal.

Got up this morning and it's back in my account without so much as an email telling me why. Had to send in support a ticket to find out what was going on.

Get an answer that I hadn't make playthru and needed to play $30 more. Asked them just how I was suppose to know if the cashier said all was done.

And here's the answer:

It does show with a coupon, this is a manually added bonus, you can simply keep track of the wagering yourself, or mail us at support, if you knew it did not show the wagering then because it was withdrawable would not necessarily mean you had met the wagering.

Guess you have to count your spins. Just played it off and lost it all, wonder of wonders.

Anyway, my point, besides the fact that this just pisses me off, is that we drug CW over the coals for returning withdrawals without any reason give and here is InetBet doing to same thing. I've had manually added bonuses from CW and Slotocash and playthru always shows. Probably won't be getting a manager bonus next month.

At least you got a response back from them.

I always count my spins when there's a playthrough, even if it shows in cashier. I have read before sometimes casinos playthrough counter gets messed up, since then I always count. I get my piece of paper and mark down everything...lol.

Thats weird...I thought I'd had bonuses manually credited before that showed playthrough at inetbet, I'll have to check my next managers bonus.

You are right though, it should still show playthrough even if manually credited.

Counting one's spins... what a drag. It spoils the fun of playing, don't you think?:o

Yes, this has been addressed a few times in the past about the Manager Bonus playthrough bonus box in the cashier section.

It does take the relaxation out of the game in this particular bonus type at Inetbet.

I really wish they could change this and make the playthrough visible.

The only way to tell really at iNetBet is if you're ahead and suddenly your excess winnings are removed when you hit playthrough.

It seems though that their manager bonuses are usually a nice round number, so you wouldn't think it would be that difficult to include the playthrough when crediting them - or better yet, instead of manually crediting the bonuses the way they do now, why don't they send an email that says "Here's your manager bonus - enter this code into the cashier" and they could have codes for $10, $15, $20 etc.

Since they already send out a mail that says they've credited your account with a MB and even how much it is, why not just include a code? It seems like it would be easier for them that way too.

I suppose then the issue would be that people would be sharing their codes on some of the bonus forums...?

I Guess that would be a good idea, maybe have a 'personalized' code?

IIRC they aren't really "manually" credited.....they are uploaded in batches via the backend. It's also why they arrive over a few days.

Maybe Emily can shed some light?

I love I hate Inetbet

As an American, Inetbet is without question one of our best options (if not the best) for higher RTP and faster payouts.

Unfortunately, as everyone knows, they have chosen to provide very limited support by email only. This can be extremely annoying when you have a more involved matter or issue to address with them.

Still, overall, the turnaround time on emails from their support crew has for me been generally prompt.

I still deposit there occasionally; however, since I have been labeled an ADVANTAGE BONUS PLAYER ever since I experienced an incredible round of excellent luck many months back, I do not deposit there nearly as often as I would.

I realize I am in VERY good company here on CM as they have restricted many players from all of their promos. Their line of reasoning is that I never played unless I was playing on a bonus. I will not deny that the vast majority of my deposits were tied to bonuses.

IMO, they should not offer and heavily promote bonuses if there are restrictions that are undisclosed in the Terms. Perhaps their Terms should state for example: "Players are subject to restriction from Bonus and Promotional offers if at least 50 percent of their gross total deposits are not tied to a bonus."

If they had not restricted my ability to use their bonuses, they would likely have every dime I won early this year and a few thousand more. That is their loss, but it is also their right--simply NOT the right call on the part of their Risk Mgmt Team.

I will continue to play there occasionally and who knows, maybe one day they will lift the restriction.
