Sorry to pumb an old thread, but I think InetBet.eu withdrawal times need to be updated. My last withdrawal in June, took 15 days to be processed (and several messages with support) - way too long for withdrawal via Neteller. And a withdrawal before that in October 2015 took about 46 hours. They claim to process all within 24 hours.

Yesterday I converted my comps for cash, played for a while and made withdrawal request. It was denied and the reason was: "We're sorry, but your NETeller payout request of € XX.XX EUR for Account ID XXXX has been declined. Payout Comments: You are yet to wager your comps the minimum number of times"

So they are claiming that I need to wager my comps (and I actually did atleast twice), but this is not true according to their own website (see screen shot).

The old thread was two years out of date so moved the OP's post here to give it its own thread.

about the comp/loyalty points...
I think that since it appears that the regular inetbet and the EU inetbet somewhat share operations/support etc. that they sometimes mix up the terms for the regular inetbet and the terms for the EU inetbet.
EU inetbet has indeed other terms for their comp program then the regular inetbet that has a max. cash out and wagering...
so maybe this has something to do with what has happened in your case. It shouldnt not happen, for they should be aware of their own terms you would think.... but maybe this would give some explanation. Maybe they will comment???

The terms they publish to customers are the ones that form the contract, in any other field, businesses would quickly learn the hard way that they can't simply say a new term applies simply because they were careless in publishing the terms of the contract. Online casinos have been used to the "wild west" for too long, but things have changed, now they have to ensure that they publish the correct terms to players, as these are the legally binding terms, not the ones buried in the manager's desk draw.

Here in the UK, the UKGC has had to remind casinos that they need to be aware that consumer contract law governs their dealings with players, and that they no longer have the luxury of claiming a term does or doesn't apply because they made an error on their website, and that as a result the player isn't getting paid.

If they can't manage to handle differences between the two operations, they should get rid of the differences and have the same rules for both the .com and .eu casinos. It's the same software, and it's effectively the same casino as the .com accounts were moved to .eu for European players some while ago. It doesn't affect UK players since they didn't get a UK licence, so they should not have UK players any longer.

Please go up to IGaming Reps and send a private message to the InetBet rep. You shouldn't have to do that for such a simple thing, but .... that's what the reps are here for. Good luck.

And just my own personal opinion, folks who have free rein to play pretty much where they'd like should forget about playing USA facing casinos if you like quick, problem free transactions.

Hi Broke,

I can confirm that comps at iNetBet.eu do not require any wagering - redmara is correct that this was a confusion between the two casinos. PM me your username and I will get this sorted for you.

Thanks
Tom
