So, I manage to turn a $10 deposit into a $100 win and beat wagering requirements on INetBet's welcome bonus. Hooray. Apparently I'm the only person who hasn't felt the wrath of RTG.
I submit a withdrawal from INetBet (I deposited through eWalletXpress) and was asked to send in a fax verification form. Wonderful. It faxed, but the following morning (since 24/7 support must only mean "9:00 AM - lunchtime GMT support " in UK English) I get the following message:
Oh, ok. I didn't get a copy of the reverse side of my driver's license. No problem. I make another copy, and this morning, I get the same message:
To eliminate my fax machine as the culprit, these are two different copies with the driver's license images on different parts of the paper. Futhermore, all other details went through fine. There is something amiss here.
AHA! I realized that there may be a problem in understanding that an under-21 Idaho driver's license is oriented vertically, which, on a black-and-white copy, looks like half of a typical driver's license. Be assured that my address and all other necessary information is on this vertical driver's license. I reply to support, explaining why my license looks like it's half missing, and, shockingly, got a reply immediately (which doesn't explain why my query as to wagering requirements or to reduce my minimum bet went unanswered, but I'll take it where I can get it). Nonetheless, here it is:
My address is clearly on my driver's license. But, alas, rather than drag this out another day, I'm just going to fax them the damn bank statement rather than explain my quirky license once again.
Considering the situation has taken only three days thus far (withdrawal was initially requested on Saturday), I'm not too terribly worried that it won't get resolved. I'm just slightly amused at this whole thing for now.
Incidentally, are there any other states besides Idaho that do vertical driver's licenses for the under-21 crowd?

Only half of your driver license came through, could you send an full legible copy please?

Hi Glen, unfortunately you've sent through a similar copy, half the image is missing.

We require some proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill, in order to complete your verification. We have been unable to manually verify your account from the information provided.
Please forward this to us at your earliest convenience.
