As You see My Other Major concern is that James @ support says I didnt wager the required $100, But Why Does He Say "wager required $100" But the coupon t's&c's Say Wager $150 to get My free $20, So whats the deal here with these 12 days promos and all there Glitches? So after I email support about crediting my acct. the $20, AS I Always have to do Whenever I Claim A Challenge Bonus Code on a Deposit Because It NEVER Credits Automatically BUT ONLY Whenever It's This Particular Type of BONUS, Does it NOT Credit Automatically, Which is The Challenge BONUSES But After E mailing Support, They Fix it and Credit My Acct The Usual $10 Challenge Bonus. But NOT This Time, Why's it That This time Being that it's $20 and not the usual $10, That Now I Get The Run Around? All Other Bonus Codes I have No Problems They Go Automatically. Anyways After a while, All I got was $2 and Not Only Have I still Not Been Credited the Remainder of My $20, which would be $18 For The TWO TURTLE DOVES&$20 CHALLENGE BONUS CODE ( K3QX9 ) But Now They're stating 2 different required wagering amounts, What's The Real Truth on The T's&C's? I have checked into this and you are yet to meet the wagering on that particular bonus. It is as simple as that.

You are around $100 short on the required wagering as per the rules. When this is met the bonus will credit.

I believe this may be where the confusion lies in what James said. He said you have not wagered the $100 yet. Meaning that is how much was still remaining. Perhaps this could have been explained more clearly.

The $2 you received was a 10% bonus on deposits applied by support. It was not the crediting of the coupon you claimed.

Yes if there is a problem and players have met the wagering then the bonus can be credited. In this case, as explained, the wagering required has not been met.

What is the problem here? You must wager $150 and the $20 will be credited to your account after you meet the WRs although you must re-log into your account to make it show.

What I believe happened is that this player is accustomed to wagering $50 to get the $10 in the weekly $10 CHALLENGE. That's why he is $100 short in wagering. I find it strange that as this player always plays this challenge he should understand that the $20 will be credited after meeting the wagering stipulated in the coupon. I just played this promo 5 mintes ago. I logged in after meeting the wagering playing on slots and paigow poker. Got the $20 in my account without any hassles.

Also if you have met the wagering. Sometimes logging out of the casino, then logging back in helps trip the bonus credit. For some odd reason when it comes to the weekly challenge coupons my account is always having issues with this coupon getting stuck crediting the bonus money.

One area of concern here is the wagering requirement. If the bonus is credited to your account whilst playing all counts towards playthru. If you log out and login again and the bonus shows where should the bonus wagering start ie on meeting the previous wagering requirement with your deposit or after being logging in again and finding your bonus there.

Well what I am referring to is. For some odd reason after I complete the wagering requirements to receive the extra money. My account is one of those special accounts that for some odd reason the money doesn't trigger right away. Meaning that somehow when I log out and log in after completing the wagering requirement. It forces the coupon to actually pay out. The only thing I've always been a bit concerned about is. Let's say I've already made the wagering requirements of oh say the $50 or $150 whatever the challenge of the week is. Then I play the extra $20 or $10 whatever above and beyond the coupon or more varying on good of a session I am having. Am I still bound to the playing the coupon through once or not? Because in my mind technically I've already met all the wagering requirements by doing the required and then also playing through the bonus anyways even though it's not credited yet, because of the glitch.

Just to clarify, you would not be bound to extra wagering. If you have met the wagering - you have met the wagering. It does not matter when it is done. You would not be asked to meet any further requirements. I hope that this clears things up for you.
