Show me one other accredited casino here that does not have some form of direct contact to customer service. I requested a withdrawl 2 days ago, it was declined saying they did not have a fax back form on hand, that was odd considering I made a withdrawl in Sept 2006, so I sent them anyway, as well asked for confirmation of receiving them, 11hrs later I got a response not even answering my original question, then another day passes and they are questioning my address change which I sent in last september ( they did process this withdrawl so my docs must have been in order), so I sent all the emails from September going over what they are asking me to do again, 7 hrs and still no response, I have closed my account, 49er is miles beyond this casino, sorry for all you Inet lovers but this is just unacceptable, regardless of the games upgrade issues, a simple email stating they are having much difficulties would have sufficed. I PM'd Emily and her response was they were having problems and they are usually fast responding, I am not sure about all of you, however I do not think 5 hrs and up is a fast response time when there are money related issues let alone 10 or 11 hrs. This is my problem and I do not blame anybody for it but when I want a withdrawl I expect it done, that is why I only play at M/G's that flush, I cannot rely on Inet to promptly take care of my withdrawls.

I agree...Inetbet has been way over rated for a long time as I said many, many months ago. It doesn't take a rocket scientist or just a plain old person to check to see if a person has withdrawn before and all docs were in order then, and then decide, it isn't in order now.


Definitely over rated. Can't be understaffed or over worked, for they don't have the US to contend with anymore so the reasoning is???.
 
It is so ironic, I sent an email to Alan at Inet requesting my account be closed, I had a response stating it had been done within 15 mins, yet when it came to my withdrawl days have past, I guess now I see the real agenda.
 
Wow! After the comment that they were not dealing with the US anymore I went to the accredited casino section and there they were, with certain US states banned! Where they just added to the list? Where was I when this happened? Was my head in the sand? Im in one of those restricted states and I havent heard a peep from them.
Maybe thats another reason they are bogged down...processing the 11 states that can no longer play!:mad:
 
Same thing for me at inet , sent the forms in and took 3 days for them to get them , and little by little waiting for them to aprove them i lost a nice win and some more . as soon as i lost everything and deposited more 3 days after i sent the forms in i got the response that they finally got the forms

I did the same yesterday so I understand, I guess what disappoints me most is that they are reputable and do pay, however they chose to make the channels of communication on their terms and not the paying customer which I find very disturbing.

The reason they are not #1 is for the CS reason - they need to get Live Help or Phone contact.

That being said, Ive always had efficient responses - and oddly enough always from the same person (Alan). I would assume from this that they only have one CS person and run on a very small staff.

I did not play as much there as others but they were on my top 3 as well, I think that is why this really disappoints me, the whole not being able to contact C/S is very unsettling to me.
