Show me one other accredited casino here that does not have some form of direct contact to customer service. I requested a withdrawl 2 days ago, it was declined saying they did not have a fax back form on hand, that was odd considering I made a withdrawl in Sept 2006, so I sent them anyway, as well asked for confirmation of receiving them, 11hrs later I got a response not even answering my original question, then another day passes and they are questioning my address change which I sent in last september ( they did process this withdrawl so my docs must have been in order), so I sent all the emails from September going over what they are asking me to do again, 7 hrs and still no response, I have closed my account, 49er is miles beyond this casino, sorry for all you Inet lovers but this is just unacceptable, regardless of the games upgrade issues, a simple email stating they are having much difficulties would have sufficed. I PM'd Emily and her response was they were having problems and they are usually fast responding, I am not sure about all of you, however I do not think 5 hrs and up is a fast response time when there are money related issues let alone 10 or 11 hrs. This is my problem and I do not blame anybody for it but when I want a withdrawl I expect it done, that is why I only play at M/G's that flush, I cannot rely on Inet to promptly take care of my withdrawls.
