(Begin rant)I believe that there are a few things a casino on the up n up should do... They are simple, and each point has a logical basis.
For starters, they should offer fair games. (Bc otherwise it wouldn't be fair)
Next, they should offer customer service which is at hand 24-7 one way or another and this Customer Service should be thorough if not polite. (Because any time you have TOS and other guidelines and payments and...well you get my point, then you have issues that need to be discussed.
Then, they should have a quick cashout service. (Bc it didnt take 7 business days to get them the deposit. Period.)
And Along with that, they should all have a 'flushing' method in the cashiers window. (Bc leaving a pending withdrawal in the cashiers window 10 minutes longer than the client wishes it there is tantamount to playground bullying)
Look at this chat I had with a CSR this afternoon... Keep in mind this is my favorite casino, and I love them, I just dont agree with their ethos on this one point...
This same place had a talk with me earlier in the day about what a great month I had, and too bad I gave a bunch of big wins back bc there truly were some hits for the ages... Today, for example, I made a few 25 dollar deposits and on the third, got my hot streak working and have a pending cashout for 3K...
They know my 'withdrawal reversal' history. And they cater to it... I think it borders (and in this case bridges an ethical gap...) I am fully aware of whose responsibility it is to leave withdrawals alone... Its mine... But with answers that lack any sort of foundation, such as "administrative purposes" I think this place and nearly every other place I have an account should take the high ground.
In a perfect world, errrr, casino, I think that flushes should be a regulated mechanism in every cashier's window... Not to shed the responsibility of the client to make a choice and stick to it, bc that is our burden as punters and as adults with fiscal responsibilities, but rather because we should be able to expect the casinos we keep in business to respect our decisions and not say "Are you sure about that, are you sure about that, are you sure you wanna withdraw? Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you sure?", over and over and over again for 24 hours at least...
I had an RTG I play at who swears by their 24hr cashout policy leave a pending w/d in my account for 5 days last week.(end rant)

You are now chatting with '$####@'
$####@ : Hi 3mptyseat,
$####@ : How may I assist?
3mptyseat: When would I hear from the cashout ppl if they had approved my request to flush my withdrawals?
$####@ : They unfortunately cannot flush your withdrawal as they require this time for admin purposes
$####@: thats not what the CSR's told me this morning, 2 of them in fact... They both said that they could request a flush from the financial processor ppl, but that it may be denied...\
$####@ : Yes, it had been denied as they have informed they require this time for admin purposes
3mptyseat: You know, this bordered a very thin ethical line... But, tyvm, for the info...
$####@ : Im sorry that you feel this way, as mentioned we had checked and Ecash cannot flush due to administrative reasons
$####@ : Have a good day
3mptyseat: but u cant tell me what those are?
3mptyseat: That was rhetoric, I know the answer
$####@ : Im not exactly sure what the admin purposes entail
3mptyseat: ok, tyvm
