(Begin rant)I believe that there are a few things a casino on the up n up should do... They are simple, and each point has a logical basis.

For starters, they should offer fair games. (Bc otherwise it wouldn't be fair)

Next, they should offer customer service which is at hand 24-7 one way or another and this Customer Service should be thorough if not polite. (Because any time you have TOS and other guidelines and payments and...well you get my point, then you have issues that need to be discussed.

Then, they should have a quick cashout service. (Bc it didnt take 7 business days to get them the deposit. Period.)

And Along with that, they should all have a 'flushing' method in the cashiers window. (Bc leaving a pending withdrawal in the cashiers window 10 minutes longer than the client wishes it there is tantamount to playground bullying)

Look at this chat I had with a CSR this afternoon... Keep in mind this is my favorite casino, and I love them, I just dont agree with their ethos on this one point...

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with '$####@'
$####@ : Hi 3mptyseat,
$####@ : How may I assist?
3mptyseat: When would I hear from the cashout ppl if they had approved my request to flush my withdrawals?
$####@ : They unfortunately cannot flush your withdrawal as they require this time for admin purposes
$####@: thats not what the CSR's told me this morning, 2 of them in fact... They both said that they could request a flush from the financial processor ppl, but that it may be denied...\
$####@ : Yes, it had been denied as they have informed they require this time for admin purposes
3mptyseat: You know, this bordered a very thin ethical line... But, tyvm, for the info...
$####@ : Im sorry that you feel this way, as mentioned we had checked and Ecash cannot flush due to administrative reasons
$####@ : Have a good day
3mptyseat: but u cant tell me what those are?
3mptyseat: That was rhetoric, I know the answer
$####@ : Im not exactly sure what the admin purposes entail
3mptyseat: ok, tyvm

This same place had a talk with me earlier in the day about what a great month I had, and too bad I gave a bunch of big wins back bc there truly were some hits for the ages... Today, for example, I made a few 25 dollar deposits and on the third, got my hot streak working and have a pending cashout for 3K...

They know my 'withdrawal reversal' history. And they cater to it... I think it borders (and in this case bridges an ethical gap...) I am fully aware of whose responsibility it is to leave withdrawals alone... Its mine... But with answers that lack any sort of foundation, such as "administrative purposes" I think this place and nearly every other place I have an account should take the high ground.

In a perfect world, errrr, casino, I think that flushes should be a regulated mechanism in every cashier's window... Not to shed the responsibility of the client to make a choice and stick to it, bc that is our burden as punters and as adults with fiscal responsibilities, but rather because we should be able to expect the casinos we keep in business to respect our decisions and not say "Are you sure about that, are you sure about that, are you sure you wanna withdraw? Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you sure?", over and over and over again for 24 hours at least...
I had an RTG I play at who swears by their 24hr cashout policy leave a pending w/d in my account for 5 days last week.(end rant)

Most places have the reverse time lag- personally I hate it although I usually only reverse playmoney wins (less than 100) and leave the increasingly rare big wins.

I have had 2 casino's (both of which pay fast anyway-24hrs or less) agree to flush withdrawals in the past- Fortune Lounge group and your favourite Inetbet.

The flush doesn;t mean I necessarily get the money instantly but it does prevent the ability to reverse

That's all I think is needed. Its all I asked for today to no avail. I have a CC with a big limit, but I never ever have made 16 deposits back to back to back for $300 plus each... But I have had a 4800 withdrawal pending and made 16 consecutive withdrawal reversals... I just dont see how leaving it in my cashiers window affects their administrative whatevers. (LOL, today I told a CSR they could take a week more than normal to payout as long as they got it out of the banking center. He did not bite.)

Fortune Lounge used to flush on request. They changed their TOS on this a while back and no longer flush. Also they do not process withdraws anymore over the weekend last time I read up on there terms. So that means hit on friday night it will stay reversable until Monday. 1 Of the reasons I stopped depositing there. 32red easy flush on request no qs asked. Ladbrokes dont need to ask as it goes from the system instantly you hit cash out. Not much use to USA players but still.

Dont think I know any RTG i have played at that flush thats why they get so few deposits from me and never more than $50 or $60 and thats when im in the mood to inflict self damage ;) Any casino using the "admin time needed so cant flush" is talking pure bull. The only reason they do not flush is in the hope you reverse. Good from their point of view bad from a players point of view. As always vote with thy wallet if you can.

I'm confused. Do these guys all process every withdrawal manually? What method are you using to withdraw? As a US player, I stopped playing online around the time Firepay closed my account (and around the time I started admitting I had a problem). But when I used to withdraw from PokerRoom through Firepay, it was instantaneous. There was never any pending anything, not even for a minute. Netteller too, if I recall. Does this only involve withdrawals through a credit card?

I was making withdrawals thru quicktender and ach. At any rate, there are no instant w/d's anywhere that I am aware of for US players...

Of course it's a load of bull. They would ALWAYS need this time if it was REALLY for "administrative purposes". They clearly DIDN'T need this time before, but after you have reversed quite a few withdrawals, all of a sudden they now NEED this extra time.

I bet they WOULDN'T be needing this time if you NEVER reversed, and NEVER played or deposited whilst a previous withdrawal was still "in the system".

I agree. And ur comments are to my point. I am responsible for the withdraws and subsequent reversals, but they are predatory, and that sucks.

And that's part of the dynamics which keep them in business. They know, as a rule, some people are greedy and will keep playing hoping for the "BIG" one. And some will keep depositing chasing the dream of breaking even. And then they may figure a player will reverse thinking, "I'm on a winning streak, I'll keep playing"...

In all reality, the casino is a business to MAKE money, not lose it. If everyone was winning, the casinos wouldn't be around very long and gamblers would have to find something else to do with their time and money.

All these casinos no longer flush withdrawals do not know how much damage, they have done to them self. In my case, I deposit normally 2K a month to FL casinos, but now only less than 500$. I know I can not control myself chasing bigger wins so I play other casinos who do flush withdrawals.
