Immortal Romance slots suddenly turns very cold for me, anyone notice that?

Yeah.

Jumping Wilds free spin mode has the highest per spin potential. Giving it also the highest number of spins, 25, was not a good idea, since to balance out this, you would have to lower the odds of Jumping Wilds, or increase the odds that they go to a useless spot, like filling the fifth reel. Jumping Wilds are much less annoying in slots with only 15 free spins on that mode, like TSII and Finer Reels of Life.

I agree. Loki's feature does turn what appear to be truly random symbols wild anywhere on the reels (not just 3 and 5), and likewise on TFROL's "Wine and Cheese" feature. In fact, just today at Trada Casino I hit a 120x bet win when some diamonds landed and the wild filled a couple of 4oak's for me. Sarah only ever has me rolling my eyes.

Still no light end of the tunnel.. its been over month now without 20x bet win. :D

my last 7 features have been 4 times big fat zero , and rest three all under 20x bet.. Im done.

Same here, £30 on 0.30p's yesterday, not even 5OAK Kings - 10 minutes if that!

Someones messed with the settings and returns  joking apart I'm now 100% I'm not playing the same IR as the one which gave a fair play (even a 'break even' play) once say every 3-4 'visits'

Game is not same anymore.. it just isnt.. :'(

Nope - Totally agree, tin foil, conspiracy theories aside and all that its not the same game.

I could understand a handful of 'ice cold' sessions but not EVERY session, I am going to give it 1 or 2 more tries and then 'dig deeper'
Possibly end up being ridiculed but I don't mind, imagine if I was right and there was some sort of genuine error which had developed in the program code and gone unnoticed, never know?? Stranger things n all that ??
I once 'joked' that MG had discovered just how popular this game was they'd 'taken advantage' but am seriously starting to think maybe just that....

In a good way I hope

Then again couldn't get much worse :p

Thank you, will give it a go

Another tip is take a look at the "Winners List" at the major MG casinos, many of them cover the past few/weeks and months and you get patterns emerge with Immortal Romance.

I do agree with recent posts, the game is not the same as it used to be.

zzzzz.webp

I've given up Immortal Romance :p

In fact I've recently (like today) decided to stop hammering any one slot. Variety is the key and im going to start taking far more for a spin (pun intended). Plus I intend to avoid extremely high variance slots as I want longer play sessions and am prepared to lose out on big hits to get it :)

about bloody time, :p Been waiting for that post ages!!!

Guilty as charged but If you were a heavy IR player I'm even convinced (well maybe more hoping) that you'd agree on this one :D

Losing streaks just hurt more after winnings periods.

Being up on 6 consecutive years in 96% RTP slots - obviously working as intended

Having a losing streak of 6 weeks - gotta send emails to casino support to get all stats to figure out whats going wrong :(

;)

This is like a bad dream :DD

FIner , immo, playboy ,,, only in past 3 days ive seen over 20 features and not a single win over 20x bet... i just cant believe this anymore :D

Microgaming how can you do this without any consequences...

Join the club, had over 50 bonus rounds spinning on DOA @ £1.80 noen of them over x 100 average is less than x20 mostly x10 or less
on Microgaming I triggered 15 Bonus rounds in the same session, they were triggering for fun! but most of them were no more than x20
last few WMS bonus rounds like Raging Rhino x5 bet, I have had well over 60 bonus rounds across Netent and Microgaming and none have paid over x100
I am done, not played since, I have gone back to the Horses and I am making profit every day :)

Here's another Tin Foil moment.....

IR is dead 10/10 at my main and fave casinos and has been for weeks and weeks :(

Yet I join and play a new casino and get 2x 3-reel W/D (neither busted) in 2 days when I ain't had one all year! Plus some nice base game hits and wait for it.......profit!!! :D

No need for good old TFH. :D:lolup:

This is exactly my story with IR - i got a 3 (first three reels) wild desire at beginning
of playing it. Then it just got worse.
I imagine it to be not much of a hassle for MG to track players cross casinos -
giving them a shot in the arm when a player gets to know a slot.
Then, when he gets hooked, they rail him in :)

Maybe a TFH ain't so bad.
Playing slots can be tough on ya. :(:confused::eek::lolup:

Sorry to reignite this 'old hat' but I give credit where credit is due and have some positives to say about this slot for a nice change!

Last night's session, into this afternoon (yep lasted that long!) must have hit at least 20+ bonus rounds!!! where I find it hard to get one the last couple of months!

Random selection of the 4 characters (mostly Troy) and mostly paid crap (5x to 30x) but good to see they've finally stuck the scatters back on reels 3,4 n 5

Now we're away from the end of the month and there is no 'R' in the month either, the full amount of scatters have been replaced on the reels by MG. The 'heavy period' feature or whatever it is has been added back to some integers in the random-number pool. Furthermore, the proliferation of summer insects has meant a feast for the bats so you will find them more active in the Troy feature. The warmer weather ensures the vines are growing quicker too as Sarah will tell you.
Michael is enjoying the good weather too so his DIY is going well and his blocks are happily tumbling into place. Amber has got her short skirt on again and is getting chatted-up and her enjoying the attention is making her more willing to bestow her favours.
Therefore you all MUST play IR as it's primed for a season of 105% RTP - but hurry! as like the weather MG can change back again......:what:

I haven't played IR much lately. But tonight, since I had a half decent balance after a good bonus round on DOA, I thought I'd give it a go...

105 spins at 60p cost me £50, that's an RTP of 20% :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
No bonus round and a best win of £1

I know it's not a lot of spins. But I wasn't going to throw any more money away, in the hope that it got better

Geez! (was gonna swear then!) that's crapper than a big bag of crap things

I know these slots can pay huge wins, 4-reel W/D 1000x bet features etc etc but they used to do it without being BIG FAT MONEY GRABBING PIGS!

I did about 50 spins earlier on IR too, best win 4OAK Troy (No wild) and only 2 scatters twice.

Yeah be careful of IR - even more so during these dark bleak days. Been over 3 months since I've seen a good bonus round on IR (last one was about x900 in February) and even longer since I've seen a decent WD (last one was in December though it was quite a good 4 reel WD).

I don't play IR as much anymore since March but every time I touch it feels like the luck is gone and I get way to many 2 scatters that never convert to bonus rounds and when they do the last 10 or so bonus rounds on IR I have not achieved more than x30. I just played before and saw my first wild desire in a long time but paid a FAT ZERO (2 reels on 5 and 2 nothing matching).

Despite IR I have had good luck with other slots (Georgie Porgie, Fat Lady Sings, Love Potion, Kitty Cabana, Deck The Halls) that over the last 2-3 weeks I am probably about break even or slightly under. Pretty much all the 243 way slots have been bad for me lately so I'm going to stick with 9-30 lines one in the near future.

Isn't it just time to stay away

Had winning session at 32 Red Tuesday (honest!!!) so cashed out and left 1/4 of peak balance to play.

Decided none of this 'game changing nonsense' until I get a decent hit, gonna stick out at IR for remainder of balance.

Oh what a mistake to make :mad::mad:

Spins Played: 1105

Wild Desire: 0
Best Win 30x

Pile of rigged crap :p:p

I think he means dates rather than days which should not happen with 'Random' games

Eg: Last week of the month IR, PB etc pay out, rest of the month they make up for these apparent payouts (yet to see one myself) by guzzling everything thrown at them.

Personally its just probably coincidence nothing to do with the fact that MG dismissed all their programmers years ago and the casinos now operate the games using old Playstation's and MP3 players sellotaped together inside a shoe box with a Kit Kat wrapper for the ethernet connection.

Did 500 spins 2 days ago at 0.30p, got one feature at around 400 spins, chose Ms.Wild Vine and got under x10 bet. For once though I got 3 wild desires, one paid $15 another about $5 and last one was a great $0.

I have had great wins though with MG this last week playing golden princess, hearts and tarts and break the bank again. Also placed in top 40 in the 32red immortal romance tournament off 10 continues and converted the bonus of $100 to $300+.

Still my favorite MG slot but for whatever reason I used to hammer this slot last year and had great sessions landing multiple free spin rounds these days I am lucky to get a free spin round within 300 spins and it well pays crap all. Will always play immortal romance to some degree with MG clients but its never going to be the slot anymore where I used to turn $20 into $200 so I limit myself to 100-200 spins.

** Jumps**, **Flinches**, ** Legs go stiff ** - Sorry thought I'd fell asleep at PC then......

Screenshot 2015-07-09 18.22.44.webp

Approx 1,307 Spins to get this at 32 Red

Got to restart PC before I play anymore, lag is awful on download client tonight, will hopefully be posting the result in Winners Screenshots later :rolleyes::rolleyes:

Although I don't think rigged its just bled me dry too much. Sure there are occasional highs but the variance is so high I feel I'm just throwing money away. I'm Donne with IR

Added to which it's a bad slot for participating in slotmeister due to the bankroll eating dry runs.

I played hot as Hades last night. I lost as frequently am at the moment but got couple of hours for my £20. I'm switching to 20 or 25 liners.

Above post paid £4.10 and went dead as if I'd hit 5 reel WD

I've lately started to give it a lot 'less chance' last couple of deposits, Changing game a lot quicker that I used to.
I gave Hot as Hades about 100 spins last night and although no bonus rounds or super mode, only lost about £2.
Started to play a lot more on my old faves at 27p, Thunderstruck (original) Spring Break, AJB etc, must admit the break from these games I started enjoying them again and although usually still ends in a 'bust' getting a lot more play time.

I have never had a decent win on this slot. Ever. :(

Sometimes 10-20x. Rarely hit a feature. Endless 2 scatters, usually first 2 reels.

Best wild desire ever? 5x.

I have stopped playing, I like the bonus music but whats the point.

I don't play it that often now, but IR was rather kind to me tonight at 32Red.
5 bonus rounds within 134 spins. the bonuses weren't anything special, all between 20x and 60x stake.
But they bumped my balance up by about £150.

As everyone says, this slot is very high variance. After weeks of pretty poor play, on Friday I hit a approx 350x win on the base game when 4 wilds dropped in.

Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot.

Chris

You know I have been thinking about this a lot over the last few weeks. If you play a slot that is cold for a long time like IR and finally you get a decent win it's a good feeling but in the end you have probably put triple the amount into the slot in the meantime so you still don't even break even on IR (unless of course you get that 5 reel wild desire). So if a slot seems cold over a few session my advice would be to stop playing it or limit the play for a while and wait until it heats up so to speak.

For the last several months each time I play IR it's the same thing the dreaded two scatter tango and crappy wild desires. I give it about 100 spins and move on. IR is not like it used to be but hey I am a member of the Tin Foil Hat Brigade:lolup:

Slots don't 'heat up' :p you can go through 1,000s of spins returning next to nothing and the next spin could be a screen full of wilds. You cannot predict the future 'heat' of a slot.

I know this but there comes a point after months of playing with little return on this slot it would only take a 5 reel wild desire to break even. Same goes for any slot I suppose you would need a huge win to get some of your money back. This is my point. How much money do you throw at a slot before you give up and concede the win to the slot?

I do like IR but it hasn't been paying me for ages, I am lucky to get 100x therefore I hardly play it anymore and only give it a shot when I have a good balance to begin with.

With years of daily regular play, although nothing is ever 'set in stone' you can get a feel of when its worth a few more spins, few more quid or when its time to 'abandon ship' quickly.

A prime example I've noticed with IR, if when playing the scatter continually drops on reel one with no more in view (say 10-12 times per 20 spins) which if you look does happen a lot, then 9/10 you will get destroyed. This is a genuine reasonably accurate 'cold indicator'

Ridicule away feel free but if you give it a go (and be prepared to lose) you will see it is true.

Enjoy!

'Hot Indicators' are available at just £9.99 at all good jonmincher stockists!
