Ive heard good things about Mapau..

That email is just not right....

Its ture, it looks like the email created to spam every innactive customer.

Plus, if I have received that email I would be offended, all that crap written to later offer you a 100% bonus.. If at least it had been a $100 free come back bonus.. but no.

I find that email very annoying and not professional for a manager to authorize it.

Its tacky as all hell, but downright insulting looking for a 50x rollover!!
 
I don't know that 100% match with the 50X WR is pretty enticing, I almost wish I had gotten the email so I could take advantage of this offer. :rolleyes:

Here is a hypethical Playtech Incident
Someone wins on the bonus, deposits 600 gets 600
After meeting the playthrough they cash out 1100.
They send 500 to his neteller because the was bonus was sticky also :D.

Is just too much

30, 25 is also high, however normal in most sites...

Some microgaming sites give tell you that some games only help 50% of the requirement, others 75% and others 100% which for me is pure @#%#@@

If they don't want to offer some games as valid for requirements, just ban them...

Requirements should be clear and easy for customers to understand...

Check your PM. In fact, you were copied on some of the e-mails.
 
I have checked the mail you refer to - and I did receive a copy. Your reply to our mail simply read:

"I am still being spammed, for example by Liquid Traffic in Las Vegas."

I replied the same day with the following:

Dear xxxxxxx

Thank you for your mail.

As we now have more control over the unsubscribe function of this particular publisher, I have requested our relevant staff to ensure that you are removed from the distribution list.

If you continue to receive any more of these mails, please let me know.

Because this was copied to your account, the VIP staff saw that the issue had been dealt with and subsequently they did not send another reply on the same issue.

I take issues such as no replies to player mails extremely seriously as it reflects an uncaring and unprofessional service.

I've emailed fortune lounge before with spam emails from their affiliates and always was practically ignored. Doesn't really matter tho' didn't slow me down from depositing there and losing faster than ever. Of course this is not different than any other micro casino, get spam email them and get a generic response .
