Brilliant job! Home by 3? :)

Most scaffies i have known get in, get done and get out.

Yes, they can work this way if they are on small companies or small street firms where their vans are not tracked from their companies office.

If they do price work, then is totally up to them when they wanna leave, since they get paid based on the amount of work they do.

I did the price work for 5 years, and the job was only 10 minutes away from my house. The work also was perfect for earnings, but the more I was earning, the more I was losing in online casinos...

In 5 years I earned around £250-260K (after-tax) and most of it gone that way...

But... I don't regret it, because doing the price work I gained experience and skills which no one can buy for the money! Scaffolding in the UK is one of the top paid jobs among all construction trades. It's not easy, and it's definitely not for everyone, but I like it! :D

Now I work for one big scaffolding company in London (on the day work) and usually get home around 16.30. The work is only 6 min on a train from my station. :)

I thought that I'm the only one here that is related to casino and building sites :D

No mate, I'm on Lee Marley. It's briclayers&scaffolders company, they got around 800 brickies and how many staffs- I have no idea, but I reckon around 250-300. I started only a month ago, they are strict in relations to safety and work but the money is alright and the work is easy.

They don't have 21ft tubes, use the dog bones and clip with the board clips every 13ft board from each end. :)

If you didn't know, Trad was sold to a French company called Altrad and as far as I know, the money they pay is shit. I know scaffolders who work there for £170 a day. (for the London standards it's peanuts)

I’ve been offshore the past 7 years mate, on the sick at the minute as done a months work in London in October, topping out 20’s neck height tore my bicep lol!
Will be back offshore in the next 2 weeks however.
We where lifting for 60 hours about 12/1400 after tax in London mate, in isleworth for a agency, the guy looked after us, got his number if you ever need graft.
Them dog bones are murder lol, as said I’ve been offshore years so site and street work killed me haha!.
Altrad used to be cape, was offshore for them last year.
You can get upwards of 1800 after tax a week if you work on the rails in London mate but need the pts ticket.
I’m more happy offshore on my 1500 a week and 3 weeks off lol!

You’re video won’t load mate either, was just directed to YouTube...
Has Bryan banned me from there also :-/

Loads ok from here. Must some geolocation stuff. Quick fix is to click on "Share" on top right corner and click on the YT link. Should work. Unless you're under some universal ban. Or we can blame on Brexit.

Refreshed my casche and cookies however :-)

Great, new music posted. I'll listen to dino's :p choices once I get over @goatwack's cheating. On the other hand, BT only has so many songs, so it's understandable to post live versions of the same songs. I can respect that. Plus it's a good song.

Canada it is then. The song title is like my middle name.

Damn you man and your observant ways! I thought I'd got away with it too!
