I have tried very hard to do things for the players, to improve the product and give you more features so you can enjoy the casino.

Of course, I understand that the players have a lot to say and can always give negative feedback to what we offer. But sometimes it would be nice some appreciation for what casinos do for you.

I apologize to all of you, and especially to @colinsunderland for my manners. They were absolutely incorrect and inadmissible coming from a casino staff member. In the end, we are all humans.

For the last time, I'd like to invite all of you to join us at Ikibu and enjoy our latest feature. We will keep working hard to offer you the best possible casino experience and hoping that you'll have a fun time.

FWIW, and obviously you have taken it as such, but I don't think theres any real negative feedback in the thread, my comments about ID wasn't a complaint, it was stating what happened, I still uploaded the address proof, which I can assure you I wouldn't have done if I hadn't intended making a deposit at the time.
I also said about not being able to partake if theres a pending withdrawal, which is I think the only negative comment in the thread about the whole promo, and stand by, so I think, to many, your comments were a surprise. Have a look at the Miduar thread if you want to see some real negative comments about a really bad bonus!
 
When KYC checks are such a bone of contention, why don't some casinos (some already do) just invest in the infrastructure that allows them to electronically verify most of the info that is needed? It would save a lot of hassle on both sides surely.

Well, hope it's water under the bridge... For @colinsunderland and everyone else.

Couple of things I want to answer:

- Regarding Shake The Tree while having a pending WD. It's something that we had to do, maybe it's not the best option, but we also must look after ourselves.

- Regarding KYC checks: I truly hope this could be done in a more automated way, but unfortunately we (as casinos) haven't got there yet, mainly because of regulations. We have to be compliant with all the new laws in all the countries. We'd like it to be faster and easier, but that's something beyond our control, trust me.

I wish you all a great weekend! I will be playing golf and watching The Open while my wife is on the beach, so I guess I certainly will enjoy mine :D

Not a complaint at all, but could you explain why? I can't see any reason it would risk higher losses?
Say I withdraw and you process it at 5pm, then I shake the tree at 5.05, how is that any different to me doing it at 4.55 with a pending withdrawal?
 
Shake the tree bang their bloody heads together made a deposit here on wed night to avail of the 100% match.
£20 deposit made and no bonus tried live chat not working then I received this.

What I take from that is I’ve spent my £20 deposit so I won’t be getting the bonus also this is the 13th do they mean the 9th September 2020 ffs.
 
I used to get at least two 50% bonus offers from Ikibu EVERY day (not good wagering terms admittedly) and now and again when going through a lean spell I would take one.

That is until I had a session that recouped most of my previous losses. Since that day I haven’t heard from them.:rolleyes:
