I would just like to introduce myself and iGame Entertainment to the meister people. Max suggested I post here. :)

Some of you will remember me from Nordicbet. For those that do not know me since before, my name is Robin and I work for iGame Entertainment as Head of Casino. Just recently iGame merged with Plus One Dream and the joint entity is now know as iGame Entertainment. Truly a dream merger. We are a great bunch of guys and girls working very close together. We have had a few inspiring months together now and are all very excited about the future.

Since the merger we have been going through quite a few changes and we are still working hard on optimizing and simplifying a lot of features and functionalities for our players. If you have any questions, suggestions for improvement, enquiries or general thoughts that you want to share, then please feel free to contact me either by PM or just leave a reply in this thread. I am on CM pretty much on a daily basis so I will do my best to address everything as swiftly as possible.

The iGame Entertainment group run the following casinos:
igame.com
24hcasino.com
casinohuone.com
kolikkopelit.com
leijonakasino.com
hertat.com
bohemiacasino.com

I took a look if I had any account there and I had one from July 2012.
They must have been really special since I didn't know and never have played there :D

Maybe, but just maybe I'll forgive you for just sneaking around here without saying hi, and check you out.

Is it a good place?;)

Since July 2012 we have gone through a lot of changes as you can understand. Changed platform, introduced new providers, revamped several of the sites several times, introduced loyalty program, new payments providers and much more. We obviously have a lot of exciting things to come so still room for improvement as I mentioned earlier. :)

Maybe, but just maybe I'll forgive you for just sneaking around here without saying hi, and check you out.

I am crossing my fingers that you do! :notworthy

I don't know how to humbly reply to that question so in this case silence is golden I presume. Hope that is enough of an answer. :- )

I hope they won't stay like that forever.
I'll tell you when you can let go

I assume you will try to get accredited now...could that be the reason for the Hi?
Just curious as always :)

The Hi was to let the meister people know I still live and breath

There is always hope for becoming accredited though :)

A good start would be the special 'dunover 400% SUB with 10x WR' for CM members.....:D

As long as I am able to claim it as well I'm game :D

Maybe you'd need to get it.....

I've had a look, and with all due respect CM members can find a much better deal.

Firstly, you have a horrible typo in your T&C's:

5.6 Bonuses

Each bonus has associated Terms & Conditions which can be pursued by clicking on the bonus section and bonus campaign directly.

Should be 'perused' not 'pursued'...
:)

Secondly, I read the terms as follows:

60 X Bonus WR is very uncompetitive and players BEWARE! Quickfire MG games do not count ANYTHING towards WR. Many Netent games like Bloodsuckers/DoA/Jack Hammer etc. count only 70% towards WR.

I cannot find 'banking' terms which describe any pending period etc.

IF anyone plays there, I would not recommend tying your deposit in with a bonus. You can get a far better SUB with no silly exclusions at non-White Label sites.

Not for me I'm afraid. :(

saw thos terms as well, along with only handful of countries can claim the bonus there so im out as well :( also add the banking page in there, how long is a withdrawal etc, always the first think i look for along with the terms :)

Thanks for your input!

I agree that the t&c for the standard welcome offer does not have a favourable wagering requirement, however QF games does contribute towards wagering (will have that updated first thing tomorrow as well) and I am just in the process of evaluating if we can remove the different % contribution for certain games. The clause was added before my time and has just stuck.

Yes, indeed. As unofficial CM T&C's editor I couldn't let that typo go...:)

You have a long list of excluded MG games, which I cannot say I have seen before at the Netent-QFire sites. We're a fussy lot here, and know what we want.....;)

Welcome Back Robin! Great to see you posting again.

I did not really play at IGame until Robin popped up. My experience thus far has been extremely positive.

Had a few decent matches on my loyalty level , a SUPER out of the blue No Deposit Bonus plus a 100% match up to 500 Euro. Im sure they were not specially tailored for me (Or maybe they were?), but I was impressed at the loyalty system nonetheless - I have not played there much in the past either!

I am happy that not only Scandinavia is targeted like in the past. There are a few decent players here from other parts of the world and I'm sure that the 'revamped' IGame is much better than the old one already. On a positive note, having someone I've had the pleasure of dealing with at Nordicbet makes it more likely I will frequent IGame a bit more.

I had my biggest single cashout ever of 7500€ paid out very fast so this is a good casino.

And with Robin here aswell nemas problems. He already helped me out btw =)

Nothing to do with you having an affy site and being a long-standing CM member then? ;););)
Did you have the 60x WR?

Hi Robin,

Thanks for posting here. Are players allowed to join all these casinos and claim sign up bonuses at them if they already have accounts and have claimed some bonuses at igame? Thanks dude

Scatters.

Before we had our own bonus tool we used Netent's bonus tool, where wagering requirement could not be met on QF games. We have our own bonus tool now so the clause should be removed. Thanks for spotting! :) :notworthy

No connection there, rest assured. :)

As of today only 24hcasino and iGame are international brands and offer casino bonuses in several markets. The other brands are focused on local markets, thus bonuses are only available for the markets where they operate. For the remaining brands that would be Finland (Kolikkopelit, Leijonakasino and Hertat) and Czech republic (Bohemia).

So any bonuses not yet claimed at 24hcasino and igame are free to use. We have no restrictions to open accounts on several of our brands and claim the bonuses.

As Robin correctly pointed out - NO. Trust me - I earn my perks as a Player NOT an affiliate or through CM. I think assuming that with no basis is a tad bit insulting to those involved.

I didn't like IGame in the past, but as mentioned their promotions are not focused on Scandinavia wholly and their loyalty system looks good for me thus far. If they keep it up I may as well become a regular there.

Nate

A bit OT, but do you need a certain amount of posts before being able to thank other user posts' or am I blind? Wanted to thank several posts already but just can't find the button.

You need 10 Posts to activate the Thanks Button.... Come on, you can do it!

OK, sorry for overstepping the mark. You're right, I did assume as sometimes the two go together. At least I got my terns and conditions editing right though.........
