Hey guys...do you know which casino uses a processor or whatever it is called by the name of IG Services? The reason I am asking is because nornally I have been using the Walmart Moneycard which you can use the greendot reload cards to load the card until I was called about 2 weeks ago saying that the card was going to be closed down. I have found out since that most cards that had several international transactions are being closed for whatever reason....of course I suspect it is because they suspect gambling.

Anyway...I play at several places but I have been trying to use pasteandpay if I can because it is simpler. However I did use my bank debit card to purchase a virtual card (visa) and I did try and deposit directly with my mastercard at a couple of places, however it was declined. One of the casinos I tried to do the mastercard at was Inetbet but it didn't go through...I can't remember the amount. I received an email from a rep there and she told me to try it again that it should go through. I tried but it didn't. Now to go on with my story...tonight I get a call from the security department for the credit union asking if I had made a transaction in the amount of $60 to IG Services and I said I am sure that I did. I asked when it was done and she said today; well I knew I hadn't made any transactions for today in that amount so I asked her to let me look at my online bank statement. There was not a $60 transaction on there. So I asked her could it be from a previous date and perhaps it was just going through and she said that it very well could be. She told me that I needed to be sure because it shows IG Services for GAMBLING CHIPS!!!! I almost flipped She told me to look over my transactions and then call them back. I have sent an email to Inetbet to ask them if the processor they have is IG Services. The transaction was declined (I guess because of the security) and yet I don't know why the security department is calling me since it didn't go through. I told her that I would check on it however I would imagine that it was a transaction I had approved. Now I don't know what to do. I went back to every casino I had played and I either paid by entro (virtual visa) or pasteandpay....It has to be that transaction I tried through Inetbet that didn't go through. What should I do here? I can say it has me a little flabbergasted....she did make an issue when she said GAMBLING CHIPS....I am putting those words in capital letters due to the way she said it...she really emphasized it. :( I sure don't want any trouble. Any advice??

I looked back at my old transactions and nothing showed up under that heading but I use my debit card directly. I have done a pasteandpay a once but it didn't show up as that.

If I recall correctly someone else started a thread about a similar thing happening with them with a call from the bank. They did not name the casino and I think they may have deserted the thread.

I hope you get sorted soon. Since it didn't go on to charge your card, I wouldn't worry about it but don't use your bank card again would be my advice.

Netspend works fine for me.

I did a google search on IG Services and it comes up as Industrial Graphic Services based out of MI. 800-686-6267. Their website is igsevices(dot)com. You can always say you thought you purchasing a banner or something. Act like you have no idea about the gambling chips. When you tried to purchase whatever it was declined. And you were going to look into why it was declined. Thank the bank for declining it because you did not know it was for gaming chips, because if you had known it was for that you would have never purchased anything from them. You can try that approach I guess.

You can also check your history at Inet and see if that is how much you were trying to deposit. If it is then you know it is the processor for Inet and should let them immediately.

Please let us know how this pans out.

I called the security division back and just told the truth. I just said that I use my card at a lot of places but that I had tried to use my card at a place where it did not go through. She said that they had put a temporary hold on my card while I checked on the transaction but the hold was lifted. I won't use this card directly at a casino again, pasteandpay maybe but nowhere else. I did apply for the netspend card tonight so maybe that will solve the problem. I will be SO glad when things change for us here in the USA.

My bank is just as bad, if you have a casino that will take Amex, please PM me. I'll gladly give you a link to a card that has LITERALLY no fees except for a load fee, and ATM fee. Otherwise no per transaction fee, no per month fee, or international fee.

Not telling anyone to lie or anything... but a graphics place + chips = poker chip collecting to me. ;)

Hubby buys and (rarely) sells and collects chips and it's a wonder some of his transactions haven't been flagged.

Anyway... Please people... as someone already said.... please don't use your bank CC or debit card at casinos. Banks are actively, aggressively looking for online casino transactions these days. Everytime one of these processors get flagged by the bank, that puts yet another processor at risk.
