ICE 2019 - Live Casino Overview

I attended the biggest iGaming conference of the year last week, ICE 2019.

All of the major Live Casino providers were there and i got to speak to them all.

New Live games were announced and i was given an insight into what we can expect to see during the rest of this year.

One of the most interesting aspects is the wedding of Live Casino Games with RNG Bonus rounds. The idea is to create entertaining games with the 1000x -2000x payout potential of slots.

Two new games stand out in this category from Evolution Gaming, Dream Catcher Monopoly Edition and Deal or No Deal.

I'm quite excited at the prospect of playing these, as both have huge potential. I'm wondering what others might think?

First problem i can foresee is Dream catcher , not being Random at all , we know now that there was a machine used to drive this , why would anyone play dream catcher unless they wasn't aware of this ? would you be able to comment on why dream catcher was just going around & around without stopping, im sure we would all like to know & they want to make a 1000x or 2000x times bet, you can now see to where the word rigged comes from

This doesnt make live games any better when you see these kind of tricks used.

Nice write up on your page though , some interesting stuff coming up. pragmatic buying then building from base clearly is money nothing more it's going to be cheap compared to london.

I know the clip you're talking about and I can assure you that when i visited the studios there we no motors on the main Dream Catcher wheel or the Training / Spare one. I've been up close to both of them.
The wheel is balanced like a roulette wheel, so if there is no friction material like the leather strop slowing down the wheel, it will keep going and going until it eventually stops. In the video clip the wheel is slowing down, but you can only really see it by timing the revolutions which I did. Then it's possible to "see" it slowing down ever so slightly. I think the video ended before the technicians stopped the wheel and repaired the broken strop.

Playtech did of course initially release their version (Spin A Win) with an RNG wheel. It was so bad they took it down after a week. They replaced theirs with a manual wheel.

The Dream Catcher is being released as an RNG game as part of their First Person series of games. That will be completely RNG, including the graphics for the wheel, very similar to RNG Roulette.

game of life springs to mind whilst using a wheel & similar that has no problems stopping ). i find it hard to believe that the wheel would not stop, upon pressure from points sticking out, in the video it made zero difference it continued regardless at same speed hence one conclusion a motor & i think this has not been dismissed either.

Im not saying your incorrect on your visits to these places as you would see it with your own eyes but a lot can be hidden as no doubt you would be aware, i would like to walk round & view these studios myself ) but look forward to something fresh & new, i do like the lightning roulette, a well thought out game to be fair. hopefully they can clean up the online live games image as its not the best & is very very hard to find any casino with bonuses for live games.
