I want To Deal With House Of Jack. Any Input Would Be Nice

I know it has been a while since I have posted out here. Just dealing with on going health issues, that are finally getting better.
Here is my question. As most know, I am not one to ask for any money back on my deposits, and I'm not sure that I should.
I have been playing at HOJ for the last two years off and on. The last 6 months all my deposits have been dust in the wind, bad luck right? At first I thought so too, but each session was getting worse and worse. Deposits were lasting around 5 minutes on min bets. I went on chat a few times to see what was going on, and I was told that the casinos RTP is set at 93%. I honestly did not know that casinos had their own RTP's outside the games. I went to my VIP host to find out if this was true and to also get PlaynGo's RTP for there. VIP host proceeded to tell me that it was set at 90% for the casino and management would not allow the info for playnGos RTP. Nothing is showing in help on their games either. I closed my account with them, and googled this. Should I just walk away?

Not all of my deposits but some. On the grounds that I had no information concerning RTP's on both the casino and games. I went in blindly, trusting that they were being a responsible casino. 90% Is crazy. If I had known that, I would have never deposited.

For someone who has played at this casino for years I highly doubt their slots are set at 93% across the board.

If you can't occasionally win playing these slots you should seriously consider give up gambling, rather than blaming the casino.

Unless it's a dodgy casino, they can't override the RTP the game is set to. Dont be surprised if BTG do do lower RTPs though now or in the future.
