}}Here are the facts: I'd like IMPARTIAL opinions on if YOU think I deserve the $10,000. or not from Casino On Net. I've been gambling with them for 2 years or so. I have NEVER had ANY problem with them. I have ALWAYS paid my debts and they have ALWAYS paid me my winnings promptly. The situation: I was making deposits through PayPal in the middle of the night. I attempted to deposit about $75.00 and Paypal said it went through. Upon looking at the open casino window I find 1200 credits where there were NONE. I instantly assumed that I had OBVIOUSLY hit the wrong keys when I typed in the Paypal amount. I decided to go ahead and gamble the 1200 because I could not get the cashin back for at least a week. I was down to 200 credits on Roulette when I started to win. I got up to 10,300 and cashed in 10,000. I lost the remaining 300. 30 minutes later the casino phones me and says "There was an error WE made on your deposit sir" We gave you too many credits. ( I had HONESTLY AND 100% assumed that it was ME that had purchased too many credits!! ) They said that they would have to "investigate". Two days later the Manager wrote to me and said that there was NO WAY they would pay me ANY portion of the $10,000 because I chose to "Gamble with credits that I had not purchased". Well, I firmly believed that it WAS my money I was gambling with. WHY ELSE would I have gambled it???? I do NOT play for fun, only REAL CASH. If I thought it was THEIR error I would have never played a credit!!!! I was playing fair and sqauare as far as I am concerned. I told them to pay me the difference between what THEIR credit meter SAID I had purchased and my $10,000 win. They FLAT OUT are REFUSING. They came right out and accused me of doing this on PURPOSE! What do you people think? Honestly. Should I expect them to honor my cashin and win of 10K under these circumstances or am I expecting too much. They have always treated me fairly and GENEROUSLY but in this instance I am to forget it according to them. Sure would appreciate any advice anyone might have to offer me. Thanks! Screwed

Did you have $1200 available in your paypal
account at the time you made what you thought
was a $75 deposit?

If you didn't, then you "knew" that a mistake
had obviously been made.

If you did have that amount of money available
in your paypal account, then you have a valid
beef.

Hello Racetrack, thanks for your comment/question. Yes, I had several thousand dollars AVAILABLE in my Paypal account since it is funded through my checking account. So when it showed up as 1200 credits it was certainly available money. As I said, I REALLY believed that I was gambling with a REAL deposit that I had made and was naturally responsible for. The casino does not believe me and has totally refused to pay the win. In fact they are refusing to even NEGOTIATE a compromise for the percentage of money that was actually credited from Paypal!!! I can't believe that they will not even open lines of communication. I just figured it out and in the past 18 months or so I've wagered just under $800,000.00 with them! Any suggestions on how to get them to pay?}

Additional information: I phoned my bank and found out that $6,500 of the money due the casino through Paypal had NOT yet cleared. I COULD have stopped payment on that amount. Instead I conveyed this information to Casino On Net and told them that I would pay ALL my debts to them and NOT retaliate, that I just wanted THEM to treat ME fairly in this matter. They ignored my email. It seems like once they make up their mind that ALL lines of rational communication have been cut. In addition, they owe me a $1,000.00 cashin that they are NOT disputing, yet are late in paying me for that. I have NO idea where they are coming from. Any "brick and mortar" casino would NEVER treat a reliable long time player this way.

Screwed, (quite appropriate here)

CON has been the subject of a bunch of complaints
recently, along with their "sister casino"
Reef Club.

Here are a few threads you can read regarding CON,
and some of the problems others have had with them.

You may want to file a complaint with the OPA,
as they have a working relationship with CON.

Perhaps Bryan (Casinomeister) will address this,
as he is an OPA exectutive.

From what you've posted, it sounds like you have a
just case here.

Good luck with getting this resolved to your satisfaction.
