I've had my ups and downs with 32red several months ago so after 6 years of being with them i decided to venture out. I signed up with Betat, mr. Green and guts as i heard so much from others here...
My experience, i think i will stick with 32Red.
Guts charges 2.5% processing fee for all credit card transactions.
Mr. Green havent had any luck making a successful deposit with any of my credit cards.
BetAt i fell in love with them at first. But it just declined over the weeks. I receive an email with a bonus, i opt in, i deposit, no bonus. Turns out it is in CET time zone and I missed it by an hour. If this was the case at 32Red, they would totally honored it. But contacting support is just a waste of time as they just copy paste terms and conditions and disconnect the chat session. So if you had 3 other questions you have to click on live chat (if you're lucky and theyre online) and ask again.
Anyways went to play my favorite microgaming slots and none are loading. I get really frustrated and email them asking why non of the microgaming slots work? I'm told microgaming slots are no longer available to Canadian players!!! That's just so great to hear this after i deposit!!!
No notice no nothing!!! I log to my 32Red account and I'm still able to play all microgaming slots!!!

My experience with mg casinos has been up and down win wise but when it comes to support and a casino that actually knows what its doing will real well trained staff it 32 red
I've had nothing but issues and errors and wrong wagering with most of the other groups from small things to massive ones
they get 90% plus of my micro gaming downloadable client deposits
and in past few weeks ive had a few 400 aud cashouts from very small deposits :)

Any way my cash got sorted but was not in time frame with guts standerds,
 
yup...there's a reason 32red is up among the best ones out there since a long time and will remain there!!!

32Red's reload bonuses are one of the best on the net right now.
 
I guess it all comes down to which casino you can truly trust. Having a poor session, technical issue, anything frustrating, support is ALWAYS there to help you out. They will not just brush it off copy paste a script and disconnect the session. They're there 24/7 and will not close the chat session unless you say that is all you needed! After 6 years of playing at 32Red, yes you get loosing streak but you also get some decent good wins!!! Bottom line, I trust them 100%!
 
The only MG sites worth playing

Played plenty of other microgaming sites and keep coming back to those run by the 32 Red group, 32 Red-Dash-Golden Lounge & Nedplay, where i seem to often get a win.:oops:
