Hi guys,

As I work in a customer service related role as well in the IT department of a broadband provider in Ireland I know how important customer service is to customers.
Try to keep them happy and resolve issues whenever possible.

We have 5 golden sayings which show how we think about delivering customer service.
They are posted all over the company to remind employees how important customers to us are.

Beaming this over the the casino industry I reckon the better casino's out there have a similar approach to their customers. :thumbsup:

Our vision:

Customers are the most important assets within our company:

1) They are not dependant on us,we are dependant on them.
2) They are not an interruption to our work,they are the purpose of it.
3) They are not outsiders in our business,they are an integral part of it.
4) We are not doing them a favour by serving them,they are doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.
5) They are not a cost to our business,they are driving our business forward and paying our wages.


So at any time when a casino gives me the same feeling as I try to give our customers I know it is a good place to be! ;)

For now I personally wish to nominate:

*Redbet
*Quasargaming
*GUTS
*Bet-at.eu
*32 Red

Those casino's have proved to me that they have an excellent customer service and really take care of their customers.
Some of them I only just registered a few weeks ago and at others I already play for a while.
But they all have proven to me to give some excellent customer service within the casino industry.

What other casino's would you guys add to that list? :cool:

I agree with the whole list, but have no experience with Quasargaming as of yet.
I would add 3dice, Nordicbet and Intercasino from personal experience.
In that order:)

Good thread, despite there being several similar ones in the archives, and also more recent, this is a subject that needs to be brought forward on occasion!

I second your list. There are a few Reps that just set themselves a higher standard than the rest of the market. Your list is actually small because there are a number of other reps here that really do value our patronage.

The reason why my list is so small is because I simply cannot play at all casino's offcourse.
That's why I asked other members to come forward and nominate their own favourites.

I know for a fact there is more excellent casino's out there,simply haven't tried them yet personally. :thumbsup:
 
Well done Lotush! Now I want to know for which ISP you work so we can honestly advice our Irish players when they have issues with their ISP. :)

Personally I've always approached customers as the assets the support dep of the company you work for is build on.
To truly help a customer adds value to your business!

Well a lot of my experiences and play is largely dependent on the reps and service. My personal list would be from those I play at:

32Red (Pat, Mark and Jonathan)
Redbet (Andy and Marcin)
Casino Euro, Betsson, Betsafe (Patryk)
All British Casino (Jan)
Nordicbet, Maxino (Joakim - Great New Rep)
Guts (Ben)

I honestly have received TOP service from these reps. They are approachable and don't leave your PM sitting there for 5 days. They VALUE my business and thats important to me. Keep up the great work guys!

personally all the reps that i speaked here was excellent
no one left me disapointed to be honnest

however to put in top of the top

1st - ben
2nd - andy
3rd - mssloto
4th - wim
5th - mark

Guts.com-Ben and Michael both fantastic!

Comeon-All the reps are brilliant I even got a cashout request put through faster thanks to one of the female live chat here!

Maria/Unibet-Graeme is awesome doesn't talk like a robot

Euroslots-All the live chat are excellent here too

I have encountered many live chat teams who care about the customers but you do come across very abrupt/blunt live chat it is very important just like in any industry treat the customers/clients with utmost respect and they'll keep coming back :)!
