Hi guys,
As I work in a customer service related role as well in the IT department of a broadband provider in Ireland I know how important customer service is to customers.
Try to keep them happy and resolve issues whenever possible.
We have 5 golden sayings which show how we think about delivering customer service.
They are posted all over the company to remind employees how important customers to us are.
Beaming this over the the casino industry I reckon the better casino's out there have a similar approach to their customers.
Our vision:
Customers are the most important assets within our company:
1) They are not dependant on us,we are dependant on them.
2) They are not an interruption to our work,they are the purpose of it.
3) They are not outsiders in our business,they are an integral part of it.
4) We are not doing them a favour by serving them,they are doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.
5) They are not a cost to our business,they are driving our business forward and paying our wages.
So at any time when a casino gives me the same feeling as I try to give our customers I know it is a good place to be!
For now I personally wish to nominate:

*GUTS

*32 Red
Those casino's have proved to me that they have an excellent customer service and really take care of their customers.
Some of them I only just registered a few weeks ago and at others I already play for a while.
But they all have proven to me to give some excellent customer service within the casino industry.
