I thought this too funny not to share as I have not played at this casino in years and I mean yearssssssssssssss:eek:
They must be getting desperate , they had the chance years ago when Louise was there and she was on CM and doing what I thought a great job and really had the heart of the CM group then all went to hell in a hand basket:mad:

Dear Laurie

Firstly I want to thank you for years of patronage here at Slots Oasis Casino. We hope you have always had a positive experience with the casino and would like nothing more than to see you playing with us for many years to come.

Unfortunately however, after reviewing your account activity for the last year we have no choice but to, at least temporarily, remove your VIP privileges. This has to be done as you have not met the required level of activity in the last year. The downgrade in player class will translate to you accumulating 1 comp point for every $10 wagered, being able to only utilise the bonuses allotted to regular players, and obviously not receiving the cashbacks that VIP players are used to getting.

We sincerely hope that we have cause to reinstate your privileges and get you upgraded to VIP status very soon and obviously any welcome back to the VIP Club would not be complete without a nice welcome back present.

In the meantime if there are any questions you have, or if there is anything we can do for you then please do not hesitate to ask.

Kind regards,

Charlie Dixon

VIP Manager

Slots Oasis Casino

I have no Questions , thank you very much !!!!!

I think revenues must fall in the summer months, as it's clearly silly season. Bonuses dry up, and there is cut-throat competition despite this for your custom. Spam reaches incredible levels and some casinos fall by the wayside.

An innovative way to attract deposits from old customers. Don't fall for it Laurie. I hate to say this but I do feel that in a year or so there might be no trustworthy RTGs left. In other words, no online gaming for USA players unless regulation takes place.

This is true Chu , I have not had them installed since 2009..............

I found that email very funny and i also agree with you. When they lost Louise, they lost everything.
When she was on board you could trust them - now I would not even open their webpage =)

Rushmore Group

Slots Oasis is part of the notorious Rushmore Group. For relative newcomers, a once accredited casino group fell hard from grace, and a good rep (Louise) represented them while accredited and left during a sharp period of decline. She did her best to get our members what they deserved while she was here.

Search Rushmore at this forum, you don't want to play here, let alone become VIP.

It just goes to show that if a casino has a good customer support staff and really care about the players instead of the deposits in general they succeed and retain loyal players , most of all in the US where we do not have that many to pick from.

Rushmore Group had it all in the palm of their hand and screwed up , loyal players with prompt payments and a great staff , all gone , tho' I am happy that some folks from that group went on to better casinos and for that I give them a hardy
