Hello,

Im posting this because im feeling really scammed and cheated. I sign up an account op Spinrider.com.
Everthing was fine at that moment. I Deposit 100 Euro with Skrill with a welcome Bonus for 200% + 50 Freespins.( I recieved the welcome bonus 200% + the freespins)
I joined Live chat ( Before Playing ). I asked if everything was fine and how much the Maxbet was. They explained me that 5€$ Maxbet, and that everything looks good. + i needed to wager the freespins aswell if i used it.

So i started playing with €300,- Long story short. I completed the wager (€10,500) And had a RAW balance left € 4,000,-. I joined live chat again to let them confirm if the wager was done completely and they said yes, everything looks good and congrats on the winnings.
Played some more Slot's and some Live tables for a bit. I ended up with €9,500,- euro balance. I decided that i needed to cash out. So i withdraw €5,000 and left €4,500,- on my balance.

Few hours later i logged in Spinrider again, saw that my balance was €100,-. Im freaking out at that moment so i joined Live chat straight away. They said u commit fraud with using Skrill for a welcome Bonus. I was upset and had allot of mixed feelings about it.
I needed to get that Email so joined Live chat again. Same person who said that i commit fraud. So i sended a mail with my story to Complaint@spinrider. ( Dindt get any reaction so far ) now 3/4 days further.

So i was still in live chat with that person. And i said also If u don't allow players who uses Skrill to get a Welcome bonus , why is there a option when u select Skrill with that welcome bonus. They provided me with the welcomeBonus with Skrill. Also i joined Live chat before i played anything yet and they confirmed me that everything was fine.
They can see everything so they also can tell me that im using Skrill?? And that im not allowed to play with the welcome bonus. They dindt say anything about that.
His only respond was : If u made that much money with €300,- u can make it again with the €100,- u have now on ur balance. I was furious!

How can a Support member say that to any player!? The system knew i used Skrill. But still Provided me with the Bonus. I dindt broke any rule about Maxbet or something. I completed everything, I joined Live Chat BEFORE i played, And again when i was done with the wagering. Both times they said everything was fine.
Now u can tell me that i needed to look at the Terms, But if u use skrill and u don't get a warning or the bonus isn't visible. Then i can join Live chat to ask why i can't get a bonus.

Im really upset and im feeling really cheated. They could told me that before i even start playing in Live chat, when i joined them right afther i signup a account. They dind't and now im the bad guy!?

I'm reading on another website you can't claim the welcome bonus when you deposit with Skrill or Neteller. I can't access the Spinrider website because of my location so can't check the T&C's of the casino. It should however state in there if it is allowed.

Do you have any logs from the chat too?

Looking at their previous promo terms and conditions it clearly states "Deposits made by Skrills and Neteller not eligible " but I cannot find this term on their site currently.

A quick Google search for Spinrider does show the exclusion but not when you click the link :what:

The T&C's are there clearly on the main page of the site

I'm currently using a German IP address so presumably the same terms will apply to anyone under the MGA license.

Having said that, they should never have added the bonus if you used a deposit method that you can't use the bonus on.
Not sure how active he is but have tagged the rep.

I would submit a PAB, even if the rules specify players using skrill/neteller not being eligible for the bonus. The CSR should have noticed that the bonus was automatically provided where it shouldn't have and should have removed the bonus immediately. She said everything looked alright, hence letting the player belief he could proceed with the wagering (at max 5 stake). I think that based on her reply the situation is not only the player's responsibility. Negligence on her part has resulted in a horrific experience for the player. This is not the proper way to establish good customer relations. I hope an amicable solution can be worked out.

Sorry for the OP here, but I have been aware for a long time that not just this group, but most casinos prohibit Skrill/Neteller on bonus offers. Every single site in this group WHG has it in the crucial terms as well as the detailed bonus terms. You also have to enter codes at their sites usually to claim the bonus, or select 'yes please' or whatever in a drop-down when you make the relevant deposit. This is why they can't 'block' it for Neteller as you opt-in first before entering your payment type.

Alas you didn't notice or read the terms prohibiting those payment methods (which as Colin said above are clear on at least two places on the site) then selected the bonus when you deposited via Neteller.

It's up to you not to claim it, but sadly you did and their terms are quite clear about ineligible bonuses.

You could try a PAB but I cannot see anything here which would justify them paying you aside from the refund of the deposit which they already did.

Sorry again though, it's a crashing disappointment my friend.

Not that I'm saying the OP is in the right, since they should have read the bonus terms.
But there is absolutely no reason why they can't block deposits from web wallets, once a bonus has been selected.
I've seen many sites do it (not WHG), once you select a bonus, the option for web wallets becomes greyed-out in the next window/screen

The poster has my sympathy but carefully reading T&Cs when taking a bonus is crucial. I once had a large 4 figure withdrawal denied after marginally breaching the 20% bonus rule. I was betting $5 per spin when the max allowed based on my deposit was like $4.85.

I said fair enough because I stupidly broke the rules so couldn't really complain. That outcome taught me a valuable lesson.

In this instance, the player double-checked via live chat if he was good to go and what the max stake was. He obviously missed the skrill/neteller term but in my view him contacting the CSR proves that he wanted to assure that he would be playing by the rules.

Unless the player expressly told the chat person they made a deposit by Skrill it's unreasonable to expect them to know this.
I don’t see how they wouldn’t know it as he would have to give them email/DOB/address etc when starting chat.
Which means they should have been looking at his account but unfortunately for him he’s screwed.

You don't know which account screen they were looking at though, they might have just seen he had xx cash, xx bonus etc, and not gone into see which deposit method was used. He didn't mention Skrill when talking to them so if its not on the screen in front of them they had no reason to check.
Do think its totally wrong to add the bonus when someone deposits using a method not allowed, but the terms are there clearly and on the front page of the site. WHG do sometimes reverse decisions like this so theres a chance he might get something, I would play on the fact they shouldn't have added the bonus if he wasn't entitled to it, and that it is misleading to do so.

Hello,

Thanks everyone for your opinion on this so farr. Still i dind't recieve any reaction from the Complaint team from Spinrider. Looks like they just don't care if a costumer on there site overcome something.
Afther the fact that i don't get any money they just took away. Im still feeling horrible. Also what some people say what i also mean is, they just allow Skrill users to use the bonus.
For sure u can manage with there system if a Paymethod Can or cannot provide a bonus. On there side they did provide me with that. I am not the only one to blame in this case. I had contact several times with the Help Support.
Aslong they say everything is fine. How can u know that u commit fraud on anything? Before joining U need to provide ur details to them. They can look into ur account straight away.

Hope that other player's dont gonna get in this same situation because im feeling sick about it.

However. The simple fact is that if he was not eligible for the bonus, the accounts system should not have allowed the bonus to be credited. Pretty much every site I’ve ever played at will block me from bonuses if I’ve used an ineligible method, or not deposited the right amount to claim the bonus. It’s a crap argument that he shouldn’t have claimed it.

Casino should have sayed that you deposit with skrill and dont get bonus.

Many casinos block skrill/neteller if player trye to get bonus whit deposit.

I cant find any reason why casino can say that op maked "FRAUD".. If he can KYC his account. maby he maked mistake ..

Is casino now police ?

Well what do u expect from a group who has max £50 on free spins.
They and aspire should merge now that would be some out fit..

I’ve just finished a deposit bonus on dream jackpot and it was £50 and on 666 last week said £100 yet CS informed me it was £50.
So who knows
Most have slightly different terms for the spins, but spinrider are definitely £100. Not as good as none but better than some who have £20 minutes and suchlike

Well today I finished the whole group in the U.K. for deposit bonuses with zero cash outs
I won’t have to worry about there spins anymore,£20 (aspire) shocking

I would submit a complaint here. You should never have been awarded that bonus, but since you were, it is completely unfair for the casino to withhold your winnings.

I remember a case a couple of years back when an accredited casino gave a very large bonus in error to a player, and the PAB resulted in only the bonus amount being confiscated, not the entire withdrawal.

Can't seem to find the thread, but it was a 1000 pound or euro bonus at 32Red, back in 2016 I believe, as I could find a thread I referenced it, but no link.

At the top of the Forum, you will see a tab, "Submit Complaint". Read all the instructions and submit a PAB. One of the requirements to PAB is to NOT discuss it on the forum while the complaint is ongoing.
