But two agents have taken their economies of truth to nuclear levels in their description of one isolated fisherman's cottage.
They lured prospective buyers with details of the house's half-acre garden, double glazing, three bedrooms and nature reserve location - but failed to mention it is right next to a Nuclear power station.
