Slow Pay I don't know.....

I won some money from an online bingo place and it’s been about 2 and a half weeks, but 10 days from the date my withdraw was to be deposited into my bank. Here is the big problem the company is giving me the run around, They sent me a copy of the bank transaction and told me to show my bank (which I did) my bank showed me my account and the only deposits pending are my checks from work. Now, I emailed the company and I have stayed on top of it. I did not use a bonus to win this money and I was already approved to withdraw. It was supposed to be deposited the 18th, but here we are and nothing. It’s been 10 business days. I have done everything they have asked and I am just wondering if the statement they made towards me about 3 weeks is in fact the real answer to when I will get my payout and not the 3-7 days. The person I have been speaking with also informed me that maybe it was my bank, which again I assured the person my bank does not reject deposits going into my account.

My best advice:

#1 Do not name the offending casino here - continue your fight for your money in private for now
#2 See if the Casino has a rep as a member of this forum
#3 If it does, send that rep a private message with your online account name and see if they can help you.
#4 If there is no rep listed or if after a week of patiently waiting for a response to the PM you don't get an answer -- then read the FAQ's here for doing a PAB (Pitch a Bitch)
#5 After reading the PAB stuff, if you then feel it's appropriate, contact MaxD and file a PAB
#6 Give Max a week or more to get back to you

If its a decent well run casino Max will be able to help you.

Then come back and let us know how it turns out.

Contacted them to see what was going on and they said the start of the following week contact them if nothing. I did that and then waited some more. The company sent an email stating that it could take 3 weeks if I don’t get it and that my bank would know what to do with the bank information they gave me, My bank said the information was unhelpful and asked me to get a number from them. When I asked the company for the bank number they wouldn’t give it to me and advised me not to tell my bank that the transfer is from gambling, I will not list the company name as it’s not going to help my case, but thank you for your advice and will wait some more.

Ok, good luck. I had trouble two -three weeks ago with a casino where they kept insisting the money was sent but it never arrived. I remained persistent and even had to send a copy of my bank statement to prove it hadn't arrived. After a long while the casino finally acknowledged that there was a "problem with their processor" and then they reissued the payment which did arrive.

Be aware there have been major difficulties with some casinos and their processors since April 15th. But the good ones always sort it out eventually.

Going forward -- now that you are a smart CM member, stick with the accredited casinos for your gaming experience. Takes a lot of the worry out of it.

They emailed me again today and said they are going to contact the bank they use and see what is going on, but that was 9am and it's 2pm and the waiting game goes on again. I didn't find any rep for the company and maybe I am just kind of new and don't know what I would look under for a rep for this company, but anyway. Thank you very much
 
To try and find a rep, I usually go to the I Gaming Reps tab above, then use ctrl+F to use the find feature.

Sometimes things do go missing in the banking system. I'm experiencing a non-gaming related issue with a bill payment I made recently where I used the same pay bill feature for the same bill that I've been paying by online banking for 4 years. For some reason this one was not credited to my account, and my bank informed me it would take 10-15 days to complete an investigation. Once someone else's paycheque by direct deposit was deposited to my account. If I hadn't noticed it immediately and brought it to my bank's attention, I'm not sure how long it would have taken them to trace it.

But payment's been sent is sometimes used as a stalling tactic. And they are correct, don't tell your bank it's from gambling. If you are asked, tell them it's for "software testing" or "contract work" or something for an overseas company.

It's a bingo company, I have found limited to nothing on this company and I told my bank it was for something off ebay that was a return. I hate lying because it's such a silly matter, but on the other hand I want my money lol I have looked around the site and I have taken today to close my account with a few casinos because of what people had to deal with. I will not support a company that will take my money in a matter of seconds, but can't pay out winnings in a timely fashion. I know the risk of online gambling and not always winning, but cheating someone is never okay.

I thank you for taking the time to read this and to respond, the company doesn't seem to be listed on any of your list and now the matter is them trying to charge me again for something that is not my fault, but it's fine. I am going to just eat the cost and close my account with the company. I don't want to bad mouth any company that other people enjoy and don't have a problem with. So, i will save the PAB for something else.

I need to rant! ( disclaimer 5 shots in and on cellphone) Okay! Nobody told me wanting to cash out from a company would be so complicated. I mean when stars' went bye bye I got a check in the mail. No drama or Bs, but lately I started pulling my money out od companies and I am having a hell of a time. One company told me my account was closed, another told me I never made a deposit. One company is a no can do for a pab (signed up before joining here) the other is in the air( where my money is) I read the stories here and I tell myself its not a lot of money let it go, but then I go and look. At bank statements and I want to yell.( someone tell me you have been here?)


So, now my account bank account is closed according to one company and the other, well... I hope they spend the money well. Shhhhheeeh! I feel better already! I don't want to list names as I want my money, but this wasn't about that it was more of a rant.

As it happened the OP did post a PAB on this a day or two later, also posted another thread which I've merged into this one (see above).

The PAB is a work-in-progress.
