I am frustrated….

Well I am gonna try to keep it short – and fair. =)
I am one of those that seriously never had a problem with a casino, not a major one atleast and I have always been paid in timely manner when I have been lucky enough to win and I have never doubted that I will recive my winnings .
Anyway, I played at a casino about 2 weeks ago and I was lucky enough to make a nice profit of approximately 800 dollars and requested a cashout. It is one of those that has a reverse time of 72 hours but I don’t mind that when I know that the money atleast are coming.
Secound, they had removed neteller as an option for withdrawl. Since I have never used Skrill or moneybookers I requested a bank-wire wich I now really regret.
On Monday 13th I get an email congratulating me. The withdrawl has been approved and sent. Wow I though – maybe I will get them before the weekend even – but no!
I contacted the rep here on Friday and he/she told me that that they usually take 3-5 bankdays and to be fair, only four and a half had passed. They recommended me to contact them again on Monday IF my withdrawl was not in my account.
Yesterday I contacted the rep here 2 times and although I saw him/her log in several times through the day – no answer.

Today, when still no money in my account I contacted chat and talked to a nice guy who promised me to look into this for me and get back to me by email soon. I waited, and waited and waited and nothing.
I went on chat again and got the same guy who told me he still had not heard back from the finance team.. - Ok, I will be a little more patient.

Just now I went on chat again, hoping to catch the same guy and instead I get someone else (he probably finished for today) and she told me that the finance team wont even bother until 10 bank days has passed coz sometimes that’s how long it takes?
Ok, I have had money requested to my account before and never ever has it taken 10 banking days, that will mean that a withdrawl from this casino will in the end take almost 3 weeks?

Does anyone have the same experience? Am I in the right to get frustrated or should I just keep my cool and wait ? (not much of a choise though =)
 
Assuming the money is coming from outside Sweden via an IBAN payment, is should take 3-5 working days, agreed. IF it needs exchanging into Krone because the payment is in a different currency that can add a small delay. The payment comes from the processing bank, via an intermediary bank (usually) and then to your account. Assuming the casino is telling the truth, then the chances are the cash is in a 'suspense' account either because the transaction is being subjected to security checks or a detail is wrong. The first thing to do is to get the casino to supply the transaction ID so if necessary you can take this to your bank for them to chase up.

Yeah, I guess the money would need to be x-changed. However I always play onlie with dollars (more or less) and never has it taken this long.
But I will keep cool for a few more days and see what happens.

I did speak to my bank though and they told me that I had to get the casino to track it. =) Guess all people are trying to avoid work =)))

Not really, because from the bank's point of view anyone can come in from the street and say they are 'expecting a payment via wire of xxx from xxx' and without any information this is meaningless. So they are correct in telling you to get information from the ORIGINATOR (i.e. the casino) because your bank is the destination, right at the end of the transaction.
 
I am glad to say that the money has arrived, and I am once again a happy camper.
The representative has been most helpful and they will for sure get my business in the future as well, this time with withdrawls to neteller =)))

Enjoy the winnings, glad it's resolved - no-one likes being messed about or having w/d problems, and now you have confidence too that in future w/d's will be quick and hassle-free.:)
