I normally cant be bothered to rant about casinos but this has really annoyed me. Been playing on and off on Hypercasino for a while so my account isn't new. Got emailed last week an offer about "Journey to the Stars" where you do 6 days of different deposits and get 6 various bonuses. Nice. If you complete all of these they will give you on the 7th day 1000 free spins on Starburst. Sounds cool. So, I do all 6 days of these promotions and it says in the Terms of the bonus that the 1000 free spins will be credited at 12:00 UTC on 24.9.21.
So Friday 24th comes, I log on and no free spins about 1:00 UTC time - so I talk to support and they say they are waiting for the Marketing team to update. Ok, no problem this goes on for another 6hrs and I contact support again. Still no new update. At this point I'm getting annoyed, I done the part you requested and yet nothing. To add to my annoyance I get a bonus offer from the Marketing team for a new daily offer, so you can be bothered to try and get more money out of me. Promotions are there for the casino to make them look good and at the beginning I was starting to think might do more deposits here and by Friday I didn't feel like I could trust them anymore. I thought ok wait till tomorrow could be some techinical issue.
So today, I logon and still nothing. Worst still I contact support and all they could say is they will email the bonus team and I should wait for them. 5 more hours has passed since then and all I'm thinking now is going to have to give up and write this off. As my enjoyment of this promotion is just turning into frustration and anger. I'm annoyed that I haven't been given a decent reason like technicial problems or for them to just credit me it. As it makes me feel like its not important, we got your money don't care now. I'm surprised as this casino belongs in the L&L Europe group, which I've always considered a trustworthy and decent run casinos. This has made me re-evaluate that view. I was wondering by posting this, has anyone else had the same frustration with this Promo too ?
