Michael: that's why I ask
Peter Carrion: ok
Peter Carrion: then it will go through soon
Peter Carrion: you will just need to be patient
Peter Carrion: let me transfer you to accounting

Then I was never transfered and he logged off.

HeyMikey, I've never played here. Not all chat software is the same. I've been "logged off' dude to scripting errors, etc. thinking i was being dismissed.

Log back on and explain what happend and ask to be transferred again.
 
Oh I did. No problem. Accounting said they will take care of it. I just thought customer support was pretty poor and rude.
 
20% fail

id have to say i would lose, or be cut off from casino chat services for no reason about 20% of the time. Now as i use the feature daily, i find some better than others, some have annoying refresh rates that dont let you finish typing and some that just fail to respond to submitting.

I must add, these conversations are to casino chat reps i get on very well with. So id take the drop out with a grain of salt.
