How much cost is it for a casino to process withdraws quickly?

As a customer not based in Europe, I play outside of normal business hours often. To have payment teams only work 40 hours a week, no nights, no weekends, has got to be a cost saving. Even those places where payment teams are 2 shifts (16 hours a day), often leaves me making a withdrawal at 4 am casino time.

It is often difficult to get qualified people to work and stay on an overnight shift. If I have any kind of "lock down" option, I don't see it as hoping I reverse.

Regardless of this, Rizk must absolutely hate me then, I've made so my £10 deposit over one day that my bank told me I had reached the limit of 20 transactions in a day. (a bit low imo).
Yet they don't, I still receive loyalty awards and withdraw with Trustly (just withdrawing not depositing as it takes ages ).[/QUOTE]

Err, yes we do....lol

I started playing at Betat Casino last Friday. I signed up, immediately sent my verification documents by mail, got a reply last night that the documents will be sent to account security (or whatever they are called). I played last night, won 2k euros and could not do a withdrawal because the dialog to withdraw money reads this:

To complete your account verification we will require copies of a valid Photo ID, Proof of address and Payment options used. Please ensure all four corners of every document are visible.

Account verification is a one-time process which may take up to five working days to complete. Should you use additional payment options in the future, you must submit documents for the said payment options prior to pending withdrawals being processed.

Kindly submit your documents to verification@betatcasino.com

At other casinos I can withdraw the winnings even if the verification is not yet complete.

I am now unable to withdraw my winnings.

Is this normal?

What about ecopayz? Cheap or expensive, anyone knows?

I like to make many transactions, so I wonder how much does it actually cost casinos.

So which deposit methods at videoslots give you extra rewards as I use Visa and Skrill and don't get any
I always bring the money I am going to play with personally to the Videoslots Staffs residence,no extra rewards for me neither,pity,:cheers::lolup:

It always feels that there's an uncertainty whether you're actually going to get your money or if the casino is going to shaft you with some obscure bonus (or non bonus) terms breach . That's why players are so anxious to get their money asap. I'm currently waiting 8 hours on an energy cashout and I'm thinking where the*!* is it ? Did I forget some rule ? Has my ID mysteriously been unverified ? Wtf is going on ?? :p
Only processing withdrawals in normal business hours is a joke.. (not saying energy does this) It's a casino , people mostly play there during their free time (i.e evenings and weekends when they are not at work) so you need to get casino staff to work those hours too .

Ohhh :( But I love you guys.. *buys you a virtual beer* Here here..

Oh please, don't make things up. You won't get rewarded more for using a "better" method for the casino.

Of course you shoul reward customers more if they use cheaper methods. Same goes for game provider. If a player plays a game that cost the casino 2% and another game cost 12%, the casino would give more to the customer to make him play the game of 2%.
That is how it is in all business, you want your customer to buy the stuff that you make most money of.

Then it's really sad that the players have no clue what methods are more cheap for the casino. We simply go after what is most cheap for us to use.

what is the most cheap method for Casinos?I really have no idea

If you have a voucher for free Pizza, do you choose the margherita pizza aka the one with less toppings and the "cheapest" or a more expensive variant that you would like?
You would of course not choose the margherita. I get every 10 coffee free at my workplace, it doesn't mean I go for the cheapest and smallest cup just to be "nice" to business.

The casinos already have made the money from you to give you these offers, and it's not like you are losing money on it.
If they started to be different to customers based on what payment method they used or slot they played and the word got out, the casino would have a reputation problem.

The fact is, all the slots makes the casino money because of the RTP, some slots do indeed have lower RTP and the potential to get more money from a customer is there, but they should definitively not start rewarding customer based on this.

Being on a losing streak is different, and of course receving a free money chip when you have lost alot of money is just nice and rewarding, but that should apply to all players you can lose thousands on a 98% RTP slot too.

Maybe @Dan.Videoslots can confirm this for VS, do you reward players differently on what payment method they use and slot they play?

Well, lack of processing withdrawals quickly will always lose me as a customer.

I recently saw a new casino/group enter the market and a review site saying 36 hours for withdrawals. My account is verified, but withdrawal has now been pending for 88 hours and still no progress on it! As soon as it is processed, my account will be closed. I will always stick with my usual haunts, but don't mind spending a few quid to test a new site, although have been losing faith with this of late.

VS is not doing it yet.

So, which casino is doing it if any or are you just making this up?

Do you seriously don't think a casino prefers a customer depositing with VISA instead of Paysafecard?
Do you not think if this was a big high value customer, the casino would try to move the player from Paysafecard to VISA to save about 8-10% on deposit-charges on each deposit?
- If customer deposit 10,000 EUR with Paysafecard the charges are €1000
- If customer deposit 10,000 EUR with VISA the charges are €100

I dont need to tell you what casino is doing this, because all casinos should. If they are not, they probably just don't have the technology for it.

That is very smart from a casinos point of view. A player though can't think about that. Why would he?

We need to use what is most cheap for us since we are the one losing the money to casinos, not the other way around. You almost making it sounds like players using something to deposit that is expensive for you are doing something that's bad.

Otherwise you maybe should stop offering those expensive methods, not giving perks to anyone who use cheap ones.

what is the charge if a customer deposits 10,000 euro with Neteller?

No, that wasnt my point. Just saying that casinos do offer different bonuses if you deposit with different methods. Several casinos dont offer deposit bonuses to neteller/skrill etc. Some casinos give their high rollers extra benefits if they move to another option. CasinoNinja is saying Im making this up. Im just pointing out that Im not.

And what depositmethod gives the player the best and highest benefits?
