How long should a sow and sof check take?

I've waited almost 3 weeks and have tried live chat but they say I'm in a queue. I've 13k in winnings, I cant withdraw or play and my account is frozen. It was verified last year but when I started winning I got a popup with account frozen contact support and now my account is not verified. I sent them what they asked for and their chat agents are no help. unsure what to do, I'm at a loss

Three weeks is a long time to be waiting with no meaningful update, especially if your account is completely frozen. Source of Wealth and Source of Funds checks can take some time, but the operator should at least keep you informed about the progress. <snip>
I'd keep following up through their official support channels and, if the delay continues, submit a formal complaint. Hopefully someone here who has been through the same process with this casino can share how long it took in their case.

It’s a bit like asking how long a piece of string is. Unless you show us the string (i.e. tell us the casino’s name), no one will be able to give you a sensible answer. Name the casino and someone might be able to help.

Sorry. Your reply above is timed 19 mins before mine but wasn’t visible when I replied. I think because you’re a new member here that your first few messages are moderated before being made public.

I don’t have anything to offer in terms of your situation with 32red but it sounds a bit rough given they have a UK license. I’m sure someone else on here has been through their process before and can offer some advice. Good luck.

Are you 100% sure it's a source of wealth checks and not an EDD check.due to the amount you have won?.I have found previously that these can be more intrusive and tale a lot longer than a basic check.

What documents did they ask for? Are there any "suspect" transactions on any of the documents (suspect to the casino is usually incoming funds from relatives etc.)

13 weeks is still a pisstake, but a bit more info on what you have been asked to provide could help us provide more succinct advice

3 months worth of bank statements and 3 months of wage slips
It was 3 weeks not 13 weeks I've been waiting. And I always have money coming in from my relatives as I'm always lending them money through my bank app but usually £20 not significant amounts of money not that that is their business.

My fault i miss-read the 13k and thought 13 weeks as well lol

They may not be significant amounts, but as part of due diligence this could explain the delay as its effectively an additional income into the account (I know it's small amounts) so prepare to potentially have e to jump through more hoops and explain where the additional funds have come from

If they were diligent they'd see the 20 pounds going out my account and the 20 pounds coming back into my account a week later from same person it shouldn't really be explained to them. I work for a company that you need a clean criminal record and has extensive background checks for and they'd be silly to accuse me of criminal activity because I wouldn't stand for that.
