Now in regulated jurisdictions the idea of stalling withdrawals and indeed the 'facility' of reversing withdrawals is now well long and gone. But, the fact remains that many casinos operate in the grey areas whereby standards and times for withdrawals are not set by whatever licensing authority umbrella they operate under.

So this question is particularly aimed at members who play at offshore casinos.

How long are you prepared to wait for a withdrawal before you start getting concerned?

I am talking about withdrawals from an already verified account, with no outstanding KYC checks or other legitimate reasons for delaying payment.

I dont mind waiting for 24 hours or even 48 even if I am verified but sadly casinos have now written in their terms that they are going to take 72 hours or 120 hours to process payments.
And then they hit you with...

"We are working on your withdrawal. Please be patient."

"Your payment is in queue and we process payments in order of request."

"We can't tell you when your payment will be processed as we dont want to mislead you. Please be patient."

Should be between instant and 12 hours.
Should always have a lock withdrawal option.

A few sites pay literally instantly, some sites take weeks.
If a site can pay instantly or very close too, so can the rest.
Lock withdrawals should just be mandatory for player protection or incase of site/finance system maintenance issues.

Edit: I would also like to point out if the new NZ casino license and regulations does not enforce this when it takes effect next year, im gonna complain instantly. All they have done to date is make rules about removing auto play (which is a big mistake, people now guess thier number of spins or use auto clickers), and taxes etc which just focuses on the government making money, they havnt even touched the roots of player protection, withdrawals limits, times, and bonus terms (which are the most important thing to be looking into for the players).

86% goes within 2 minutes on our end.

The other 14% are not processed automatically due to regulatory requirements, no closed loop or e.g. bonus in play.
