Yes I’m well aware of that, was using hills for racing and footy and hadn’t seen chilli on there before so I had a check.

I find that very concerning tbf. Something clearly isn’t right here. That maths model wasn’t available then (other countries aside) in the uk at least.

So how can we trust in game information screens??? If it’s stating a date and version that to our knowledge at least is completely wrong and doesn’t match the RTP, then what if it was the other way round? What if the rtp stated is unreliable even on a ‘live’ game??

I’ve often just switched to the version date rather than investigating further.

I remember there being a screen shot of a shitty chilli rtp but im sure that was for the German market??

Probably pointless but can BTG them selves clarify what’s happened here???

I’ve been banging the drum for a fair while. Casinos are running games that do not pay what it says on the label.

Chilli is from 15/02/22 and just says 'gameserver' with no NYX or L&W

P.P.S. I wouldn't worry about the nyx/Nextgen thing as even L&W have it the same, legacy from the first platform when BTG designed it back in 2016 BUT there are loads of versions knocking about.

Where is the recourse here though? Player plays game advertised as 96% rtp, that is actually running at 90%. After 10,000 spins players rtp is 86%. Player complains to Casino. Casino says rtp is based over billions of spins, your sample is not large enough or live chat says, all our games are verified by an independent adjudicator.

That’s the safety net that Providers and Casinos have. They are untouchable, they do what they please, without any comebacks and that is exactly what they are doing.

Yeah I think I might have posted an Extra Chilli screenshot with the same low percentages quite a while ago but it wasn't at Ladbrokes. The casino removed that version and they're solely running the 96% one now.

Entain is big in Germany afaik so it's not out of the question they're rolling out the most played games at 90% across the board... At least that's my train of thought.

I play on ladbrokes , lots of the megaways are still 95 to 96 % Rtp or so they claim lol .

I think some are missing the point here.

It’s not a question about what the RTP is set at. We all know hills will take a shitty RTP maths model and possibly the lowest available. That is no surprise. It’s the date shown on the version/update screen.

This maths model was NOT available previously for UK casinos to take. It was only used for other countries.

Hills has a live game showing that crappy RTP but last updated 2021. This is where the concern is.

We all know hills and other scummy places like VS/Mr Vegas/ L&L take mid range RTP, that is not the issue and more fall anybody that STILL play at these places using these shitty RTP games. It’s about live game showing that RTP model and that version and update date.

The audacity of these scumbags really grinds my gears. Not only am i gubbed from the daily free spin wheel etc and they have a terrible slot catalogue and distgusting RTP'S .

But they had the audacity to send me, and i would imagine many other players an email about an error they made crediting players with 5 free no deposit spins on there awful mug slots.

Funny thing is i never recieved an email for any spins anyway,
And even though they have made the error instead of saying oh as a goodwill gesture we will credit them
