How Does Jackpot King Work?

Call me naive, but I thought all slots with the Jackpot King engine attached were playing for the same pot. I must be wrong because I just noticed while playing Goonies that at Laddies all three pots were different to at William Hill. The big one was almost £500k different.

Does anyone know how this works - is it different for each casino or something?

The pot amount is always different on the game tiles before you open the game but I figured this was the total amount of all 3 pots plus whatever else was left which they use to pay out when you win but don't get one of the pots (where you can win 40x etc)

See Related:
Our honest review of All Slots Casino can be found here.

I think its per site/sites.

Betsson, betsafe, nordicbet would have the same, atleast thats how it works with the red tiger jackpots as far as i know.
So L&L would have the same progressives on all their sites.
Some jackpots are the same for all casinos, like Mega moolah, but i dont think thats the case for jackpot king and red tiger jackpots.

Im not 100% sure, but someone will probably correct me if im wrong.

Its per license holder / company yes. So our progressives have a different amount (also because we just started with BP) as e.g. PokerStars, William Hill or LeoVegas.

How does it work?

Easy.

You deposit and then lose quickly on the slots, with their lower game RTP after the progressives are taken into consideration.
Meanwhile, the jackpots rise inexorably.

Then Sven from Sundsvall wakes up to find a dear John note from his beloved girlfriend who has left him for a Somali taxi driver. He then switches the kettle on and all the electrics blow. Just then, with his last 10% of battery on his mobile, work rings Sven to tell him he's been made redundant and there's no cash for his severance pay. He then walks toward the job centre and gets his legs broken when a car veers onto the pavement and drives off. Just as he's ringing for an ambulance, he gets a text from Shyster's Slots and clicks the link while waiting freezing on the floor, as all the slackjaws stand round filming him on their mobiles. To distract himself, he deposits his last 100 crowns and 90 seconds later screams out, not in pain, but because he's hit the top of the ladder and won 3.7m Euros. He virtually floats into the ambulance and later they reset his legs with no morphine as he's still that high from the win.
This news is leaked by one of the nurses, and 8 hours later Casino Rewards have his photo on Faecebook and the story too, the lucky game somehow changed from Blueprint to a Microgaming Progressive slot.

Not all of them are on that, Deal or No deal megaways are on 95 something + jackpot, the older blueprints like mars attacks is also on high (at least on the gamesys sites)
