Hi I'm new to forum and to be honest I googled about a problem I'm having with PaddyPower and read a thread that the rep fixed for the poster from here at casinomeister.

What is procedure to get help from a rep through the forum?

Do I have to open a thread to get help?

It's sad that it's problems that bring people here but I believe many of us have signed up just to get help, and here is the place to get that.

You don't have to start a thread. This is their rep https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/17718/
Click on the link and then on the left you have the option to send a Private message. Do that and I hope he can help you.
If not then you can ask for more help. Since we don't know your problem it's difficult to advice anything else.

While you're waiting for an answer I suggest you start reading the forum. You can find a lot of useful information here
