This casino had all my documents prior to my cashout. I cashed out $280 on February 23 and I still have not received my funds via ACH. When I call I am told there is a delay that they cannot explain. Any advice? Thanks.

Yes, he is a great guy and is doing his best but it seems as if those in charge are not. As many other US facing casinos can pay out in a timely manner, why are is this group having such a hard time ?? I have received wires and checks within just a few days (about 2 days once approved) from all other casinos. The backlog seems to be overwhelming them IMO.Tom is a great guy and seems to always do his best. Give him more time to respond. I requested a withdrawal on February 22 and received it on March 6. Clubworld casinos, like most rtgs have been having problems with US bank wires, so I requested a check. High Noon will pay, but processing time seems to vary from 6 to 15 business days for US.

I, too have not received a thing yet from them. I am crossing my fingers and hopefully something will show up tomorrow (Wednesday the 28th from my withdrawal on the 5-7th) I am hoping this group does not go the way of the other one that was once thought to be stellar and a great addition, only to end up in the pit for slow payment since everyone is having the same issue with them....
