Hi everyone
Just wanted to share and hoping someone can give me good advice what to do next..so..

I did open account with Betswagger and made deposit from my personal bank account. I did win £9000.01 and wanted to withdraw. They requesting to verify your account on the first time of withdrawal so i did provide them with all needed documents. When they reviewed and seen my balance in my account was £9000.01 they banned my account straight away and emailed me by saying they closing my account and refunding my deposits back.I asked why and why they refunding my deposits back worth of £140 instead of my winnings of £9000.01 they simply said we dont need to give you a reason and suggested to read their terms and conditions. I said its fraudly activity as i did everything legaly and fairly ..then they replied by saying there was suspicious activity..i asked what suspicious activity as i did nothing wrong. Then they just emailed that all im getting is deposits refunded and its final decision. Just simply as that they keep my £9000.01 for themselves.
I complained to their licensor which just said based on Betswagger explanation they closed the case.Explanation was we wont give you facts or evidence as we dont have to. Is this classed as a reason to keep someone elses money?
I tried some forums where they emailed Betswagger but they ignored them.
Please help me with this ..help me to get my winnings paid out to me.

Many thanks in advance

A quick google gave me a bunch of hits from review-sites where all are saying "Stay away" more or less.

"There have been multiple player complaints about long waiting periods for cashouts, banned accounts and the casino team and representatives we have dealt with seem to follow a culture of rudeness and an unwillingness to help."

Dont take my words as fact, but i dont think there is much you can do im afraid.

i know what i can do..i already contacted them..to take legal action against them cost £750 plus they take 10% of the money ill receive.Which is quite a lot.But they enforce money by law. In the end of it if i wont get it myself ..ill just have to pay them to enforce.Shame to pay money to get my money paid to me but i guess thats the only option.Im publishing this unfair Betswagger Casino im every possible forum and im hoping soon they will lose all them customers and go bankrupt. Companies lile this cant last long and im sure they wont.So its only matter of time.

We have received your PAB on this issue and yet you continue to post about it. Have you read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures You should and pleas pay particular attention to item 2.3.

You can choose to continue posting in which case your PAB will be discarded or you can stop posting and allow us to do our work on your PAB. You choice but you have to choose now. Please let me know what you decide.

Sorry i thought it was an error and didnt post.so posted again.my apologies for that

So you will continue posting about your PAB issue or you will stop, which one?

Well, you still haven't answered my question but I will assume you now understand that any further posts from you on these forums regarding this issue before we have completed our work on it will kill your PAB. If you have any questions on this please contact me via Private Message.

After we have finished our work on the PAB and notified you of our decision you are (generally) free to post as you see fit.

Bu the way company who can help is called 'edited' Attached logo if someone needs help

I know you cannot reply due to the ongoing PAB, but I don't think it's right to post a free advert for this firm saying they can help when you haven't used them successfully yourself, they could be scam merchants as well for all we know; it wouldn't be the first time some firm purporting to help someone recover funds pulls the same trick and scams the desperate person seeking help.

They can't even spell for one thing: "Fincncial Aid"

you really good at this.I didnt even spot that spelling mistake.Thank you. I almost wasted more money and wouldnt get nothing out of it. You see i never raised any complaint in my life ..Betswagger is first who actually stole my money so i dont know how to complain or where to seek help.luckily i found your site which seems really know what they doing

Yes, take note of the rules - once you've opened a PAB complaint you should PM @maxd if necessary and cease posting details about the case in public. Try not to be impatient as these things can take a while depending on the level of response he gets from the casino, if at all.

As has been said by other posters here, I would not be optimistic I'm afraid as a casino which takes unlicensed deposits via a dubious jurisdiction can pretty much do what it likes and alas that is likely their intent all along, hence them not being licensed by any regulator that has authority.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

thePOGG has a warning about them not responding to their numerous complaints so again, keep your expectations here realistic.

They don't even display a Curacao license number which should be one of four - this is because it's likely that even if they do have one, it's the fraudsters' charter 1668/JAZ which has so much negative feedback nowadays the dodgy operators won't even mention it any more. Even if it isn't that number, the co-operation of any particular Curacao site is purely goodwill on their part in reality.

What's worrying is that several sites are stating the same as thePOGG above with players unpaid and mainly from the UK, with complaint dates mostly recent too - this suggests it's a hit-and-run scam.

Sorry for the uninspiring information, but alas it is what it is.
