Hi all, I am new around here and obliged to say hello.

I wish I knew about this incredible community and resource for info, bs sites, and everything in between.

But alas, I am here now, and happy to be here

What brought me looking for answers in the first place is a slot-pay question from a rival casino that I think is reputable.

I have a screenshot, of a hit I made, and the payout which is 5x less than it should be, imho.

What section would you all suggest I post this screenshot? so I can get feedback from other players and casino reps whom maybe rep a different RIVAL brand and wish to opine on the matter.

I am not interested in bashing this place, so I am gonna keep the site itself anonymous for now, but I will say, their explanation today was so frustrating, condescending, and arrogant, as if they were so far removed from the scope of a client of there's criticism or suggestion that there was a mistake or error made, it really makes me wonder how legit they may be indeed.

Anyway, if someone could point me in the right direction, that would be swell... hi again, and thanks for all the resource and info...

As it's not a complaint (yet) and you're not going to identify the casino, you can post it anywhere.
Right here in this thread if you like, in the "general casino thread", or even in "Complaints".

I've always been a big Rival fan, so I may be able to answer your query myself!
