Bryan,

Given all the endless posts with mass confusion and chaos seeming to reign supreme over U.S. withdrawal situation these days, why not host a live, open discussion with your contacts from the main casino groups that seem to involve the majority of complaints (Jackpot Factory, Big Dollar, Riverbelle, etc.) and let them address our concerns on this forum? I don't know if you have the capability to set something like this up on your site, but if we had casino reps giving us (hopefully) honest answers in a public forum such as this, it might go a long way in re-instilling a LITTLE confidence ...based on reading recent posts, PM's are not always being reponded to and front line support is useless in most cases, as THEY are clueless from one day to the next.

I don't know, just a thought...................

While a good idea, it would probably not happen. When too many unhappy participants show up to a public discussion (especially a live one), it tends to turn into a shouting match which in turn turns into a full on riot. The risks of that happening outweigh the benefits the casinos might gain.

The process in place is probably as best as it needs to be right now. Bryan is very rational, reasonable and calm when dealing one on one with a casino on a particular issue. He is also very good at updating threads with current information. The only REAL issue that may exist on a casino to casino basis is whether a casino is intentionally delaying payments, or whether a casino is trying everything possible to establish new payment processing systems.

In the former, a casino can just lie and use the 'current climate' to justify the delay. In the latter, there's no way we can ever have access to their internal system, so we have no way of knowing whether they are lying or not. Neither of these states are a win, so just letting Bryan do his thing is the most productive choice right now. All I can say is that when the dust settles, the casinos that took no action will reveal themselves and lose customers. the ones that deliver and re-establish themselves as stable will win customers. Consumer power is the greatest when there is balance. There is no balance right now, so our power is diminished, leaving in its wake dispair and frustration. Only time is going to repair this and re-establish balance.

River Belle not paid $8,000.00 broken promises

Great thought because I too have had PM from casinos rep either returned very late or after the information has already changed. Seems the reps are a "little" behind on whats is going on with players accounts or at least give that appearance in their returned PM emails if returned. I don't see a live session either because it would be a witch hunt but it would be about time River Belle and others made another public posts since they smoke screened us on the 03/07/07 posts!

Have you gotten your $8k yet? I know you said it was returned into your player's account. Did River Belle process it to ecocard or whatever?

Hey Itoldyouso,

No! River Belle stated they sent to C2P on the 9th. Should see in another 24-48 hours. Left my latest conversation with support at the River Belle thread. I know one thing my days of chilling out and trying to ease the stress of the day will not be with online gaming!!

Thank You!!

I tend to agree. Nice idea, but the above is probably correct. I cringe every time I see a rep getting blasted in a discourteous or rude manner as you just know it will put them off participating, and their participation is a major strength of the forum here IMO. After all, If you were a rep for a company that had cocked up, would you want to take abuse publically? Probably not.

Honest answers...from casino management?!

 I find it very hard to believe there would be ANY honest answers by these "casino managers" to ANY of our questions!! Andre Rossi manager of PALACE OF CHANCE,. just completely closed my account because he "received a complaint from casinomeister"!
He wiped thousands of dollars out of my account... I understand their "T & C rules" but I won the money fair and square!! If he wants to punish me for letting everyone know how crooked his operation is I want a Full refund on all deposits made! since he wont pay...how about just paying me back! (in my dreams i guess...but it is a thought!)

Let's not let an agenda get the better of us. A number of these "casino managers" I have know for years. Sure there are managers who leave a lot to be desired, there are just as many who are professional, dedicated, fair and reasonable. Don't lump your bad experience into a pit of negativity.

As long as people control themselves, casino reps usually have no prob posting here and giving their input/assistance. Most of the members here understand this.

OK...I appologize...:notworthy
sorry, it still hurts knowing I won, they called my home and said I would be paid, made a promise, strung me along for 10 days and then wiped me out!

mystic, we know you are hurt and feel stung, we all feel for you. As cm said dont let it get the best of you. You seem to be having a heck of a time with it. Let it go, you probably got your point across.

***gone***

I hope I came across the way I meant to. What I meant was dont let them upset you anymore. I certainly wouldn't give up if someone owed me, fair and square. I dont know what you can do about it but just remember "karma"

What else can I do?! I have been all the channels and if I do NOT let it go then I am less of a person than I thought I was. I WILL NOT stoop to Andre Rossi's level. If by the grace of God someday I ever see the money I won then Bravo for Justice and Honesty!
I do know that "what comes around goes around" and someday Mr. Andre Rossi "WILL meet his maker!" [/B]"Until then may every stolen dollar he spends bring him curses of misery in every form!"

Perhaps, not let it go. There was a poster that kept a thread alive for over a year as I recall. It was over at WOL. I thought that was a great idea. Everytime a player went to WOL, there was this guys casino with a negative comment.

Might actually help other players.

Well said, I probably meant something along the same line. They (the casino) are just hoping you go away, disregarding you. Which would infuriate me as well. Like I said, "Karma" And what Stanford said about keeping up the thread will make all who visit aware of this Andres ruthlessness. Who knows, maybe they would have a change of heart? (I dont know about this, just a thought)

It depends on the people really... If they stick to respect for another and follow the rules of the forum stricktly, it should not turn into a riot..

Glad you understand this too..

I think it is a fine idea. Open up communication. If there are lies told, they will show up in the end.

I agree. Like I recently posted in my thread.. An Agreement has been reached (but I wll believe it when I see it). I have had a few conversations with Andre since the last time. I was asked to sign a form that I had to edit or I would have been signing off on them charging my account AGAIN! I was also asked to resubmit the fax back forms (which also states permission to "draft above listed credit card and contunue such authorization until I notify E-Money processing LTD and affiliates in writing.") E-money processing called me back immediately and said they did not know who POC is.
So I had to add on that they are only allowed to credit my account not withdraw.. these are very sneaky tactics that I am sure have slipped by others. But I had to make sure they were not going to take any more unauthorized funds.
They have put $1300. into my "casino account" (which I am locked out of) and are in the process of sending it Western Union. (not being negative, but I really won't believe it until I see it. This is the latest.

your $1300 refund has been approved by our accounting department manager. It will be send out tomorrow via Western Union.
I will send you an email with the MTCN by Wednesday so you can pick up the money.
If you have any question, contact me tomorrow around 1 pm EST.

So I do have the hope I will get paid. But dragging it out any longer is ridiculous. Just send the MTCN number when you send the Western Union. why wait the extra day.
I came to this forum as a last hope and I am glad I did because I have met some of the most honest people around (sometimes blatantly honest), but honest. I think managing to get any amount of my winnings should speak for itself. Everyone here has asked the same question, where is He and why doesnt he come and explain his side of the story? I kept exceptionally good track of how much money went into his casino and how many "bonus chips" were redeemed. I still feel the same way.
 If we pay to play we should get paid when we win.
