I meant I know, as in the ban being in place for a while, didn't know it was because of a management decision, but I think its a bit disrespectful to take advantage of being accredited yet not being allowed to post on here, when she is on other forums. If the management had a policy of banning staff from posting on any forum, then fair enough, but they don't, so why single CM out for the silent treatment?

Ok, now I do know. The bottom line is that Renee doesn't post in player forums (affiliates only, as Sarah mentioned) for the simple reason that the forums can be a big fat time suck and she's got other responsibilities to attend to. I'm totally sympathetic to that ESPECIALLY since she does accept and respond to private messages regarding player issues. In other words she does everything she can under the circumstances and that is a hell of a lot more than I can say for MANY other people in her position.

On a personal note I've known Renee for years and can honestly say that she's one of the most professional, patient and hard-working people I've met in the business. Attacking her personally is way out of line: we all have jobs to do and people we have to answer to, as does she. It's easy to forget or ignore that but it's also pointlessly destructive.

Yeah, this is extremely disappointing. This promo clearly violates our marketing standards for Accredited Casinos. I've inquired about this to the MGA who will be looking into this.

You should never entice players to reverse their winnings. I get it that some casinos are trying to save fees with their payment processing, but tough titty, that's par for the course. When a player wins, those funds should be flushed and sent to processing. It's pretty sad when Casino Rewards puts these profits in a higher priority than being listed here as an Accredited Casino. I thought they were better than that.

So time to pull the weeds. It's going to take a couple of days to shift their casinos over to the Grey Zone ( I have to edit each one - all kagillion of them), so bear with me. But from here on out, you can consider them "not Accredited".

As for Renee, she is an awesome rep, and yeah she may be posting at the affiliate sites, but she just would not be able to maintain a presence engaging in conversations here with players since she is doing the job of three people. She visits the site daily (unless she is on vacation), and really loves this place. It's too bad that someone up in the chain of command has his head up his fourth point of contact, and has tossed a lot of hard work into the trash.

TBH Bryan I saw the writing on the wall a long time back with this shower, especially the BS fake news social media marketing that they took little responsibility for. This may be a different aspect of things regarding CR, but it's exactly the same to me - follow the money. Incentivised reverse withdrawals and scum marketing are two sides of the same coin; placing revenue ahead of social responsibility and overall ethics. This lot certainly were never destined to become another Videoslots, Rizk or Trada.

In fact, given their overall track record I think the Grey Zone is quite a let-off for them.
