Help Videoslots, deactivated account Pls

I deposited earlier today, and won it back withdrew ,it no problem, went to work left 100$ and when I got back home account got deactivated, been playing there for 2 years, verified customer. Went to chat, and they told me to complain at mga??? I don’t even know what’s the reason, for me being banned. Pls help, anyone

happend to me the other day to suppsoivly a month so i deposited twice woth the same money i get an email.a month later saying i owe them 20 $ my accounts locked like.the amount money I've deposited since then is obscene and they just blocked my account cant do freerolls or anything even though I've wagered the requirements to play them but no sorry till I pay them 20 I'm shut out

My account was locked here also a few months ago for no apparent reason, no email to explain why. Just gives this on login.

Well all they’re telling me is

1.4 Videoslots reserves the right, at its own discretion, to:

  • decline a person to open a Videoslots account and/or to close an existing account decline to accept no deposits without any explanation, provided that any wagers and winnings alreadymade will be honoured by the Company as long as these were not acquired by fraud or other illegal or illicit means;
  • suspend and/or cancel the person from promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever
  • Videoslots is of the opinion that there are legitimate concerns that the account is, has been or may
    • be used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest activities
    • request documents for verification of identity, the authorisation to use a specific card (including pre-paidcards) and/or other facts provided by the account holder,before expediting withdrawals.
    • hold and manage funds belonging to the account holder in accordance with generally accepted guidelines
    • for cash management. This may include a financial institution and/or a payment solution provider being
    • entrusted to hold funds in the name of and/or for the benefit of the account holder
    • forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on an account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly, these Terms and Conditions have been violated and/or other unauthorised
  • limit and refuse bets and to terminate events or games from being offered on the site.


Well, I honestly believe, I have done nothing wrong during my 2 year, stay at VS, there’s nothing from my side, won’t even tell me the specifics...
