Bonus Complaint Help please

Hi, I'm hoping you can help, I placed a deposit which was matched with a bonus, the t&c's on the site clearly state that your real money and bonus money is kept seperate and that they will always use your own 'real' money first, so when using my real money I made a win, I met the wagering requirements and tried to withdraw to which I then received an email saying they had confiscated my funds to which I am devastated about.
My problem is that I had not even touched the bonus and was playing using my own money, please can someone offer me some help

What type of bonus was it? Because you say real money and bonus money was kept seperate yet after that you say you completed wagering requirements ? So if there was WR then bonus money must be tied in somehow . What reason did they give for confiscating the money ? Bets too large or playing on excluded games ?

Hi thanks for replying, so my real money was matched with a bonus, on the site it states real money is deducted first so at the time of winning I was using my own money and had not touched the bonus, on the site it also states real money is kept seperate from bonus, it was confiscated due to Macbeth being exceeded

Well complain to Will Shakespeare then!

If you exceed the maximum bet, or didn't complete the full WR, then the chances are you are out of luck.
Casinos often state that real money is used first, but you still have to finish the WR before you can cash-out winnings.

The only way to be sure, is to name the casino. So where did this happen?
