I put $50.oo in casino on net. I read the terms and conditions. However, I really thought it said I could take out my origional deposit at any time. So they gave me a 50.00 bonus when the dealer got blackjack for the 5th time in a row I decided to take out my 50. Well I was told that I had to wager $2000.00 to take out anything because I accepted the bounus. Is there anything I can do. Will calling a supvisor help or I am just out the 50.. Live an learn I gues..

If you collect a bonus, you agree to abide by the casinos T&C. Few casinos give you a free shot at scoring with the casinos bonus money, without risking any of your own.

I would suggest that you complete the very low wagering requirement at CoN. In the future, if you aren't comfortable risking money, then don't gamble.

When I played CON I withdrew my deposit before meeting the wagering requirement. No questions, no hassles. Maybe they changed the T&Cs.

I'm sure he's comfortable risking money. It's the fact of the dealer getting blackjack 5 times in a row that irked him. I'd feel the same way, but I wouldn't try to withdraw the money after that...

Just play slots to finish the WR or bust, and like it was said before: live and learn.

You used to be able to take out your deposit. Looking at the terms and conditions now they still only refer to not being able to cash-out your bonus before meeting a wr, so it would be reasonable to assume you could take out the deposit (or at least some of it, assuming they decide, though it's not stated, that you're wagering that first). So I don't think it's a "dumb casino noob" mistake - just taking t&cs at face value, which can also be dangerous

Punctuation would help here! I thought there was a special $50 bonus if the casino got 5 BJs in a row :)

you can withdraw at any time at casinoonnet provided you are leaving the bonus amount and make sure that bonus amount is present till 5 days as they will peep in your account balance to see if you have bonus amount left. when you recieve your deposit back, then you can either burst with your bonus or manage to get some out of it. i just lost 2000 on con. and the bj game was so tough. in 1 streak of 36 hands i lost 24 hands , push 5 hands and won 7 hands. this casino used to be my favourite, but not any more.

Did you deposit via neteller?
The wagering requirement is only 20 x bonus so on a $50 bonus the wagering would only be 1000 total
Unless you deposited by neteller which is 50x

WAYLANDER

There was another thread where a guy had tried to withdraw his deposit at Reef Club, after betting his bonus (but not deposit) on one spin at roulette and losing it. He got the money, but he then tried exactly the same at CON, only this time he won the bet and went on to win some more. He had his account locked and winnings voided for bonus abuse.

If the casino have a term stating that you're wagering your deposit before the bonus, or one stating that you can't withdraw at all until completing the WR, then they can refuse laylak's withdrawal. If they don't have one of those, or a similar term, then they can't imo. If they haven't changed their T&Cs, since the other case I mentioned then laylak should be allowed to withdraw. However, based on the case I mentioned above, this player would be wise to avoid ever accepting a bonus from any of their sister sites. Personally I'd just meet the WR and hope for the best.

I would say if you are hesitant on finishing out the bonus, you really shouldnt be in the gambling business.....

This is a YMMV kind of thing
