Help needed "The Game is currently not available" Error Netent

Hello may be someone here can help me because the Partycasino Support needs over 2 weeks without any result till now.

The Problem is only on Slot "Lights" and only at Partycasino but on Software + Flash/Websiteversion and mobilecasino same Error.

More than 2 weeks ago i was playing Slot "Lights" at partycasino, i managed to get the bonusround/ Freespins i did 2 of 10 FreeSpins or may be 3 my winnings was somewhere over 6€ from the first Spins then the Gamecrashed with the Error "The Game is currently not available" you see in Screenshot below. And from that moment i will not be able to start the Slot lights without getting this error messages before its 100% loaded that appears everytime on Software,Website and on mobile i checked that.The funny thing is in Funmode sthe Game starts without any Errors . I want to finish my Freespin round and get my Winninmgs . The Support told me since over 2 WEEKS that they have called the Tech department and were working on it, without any Results I m really FUCKED UP I don t want to wait for them so i try to ask you here if anybody has a suggestion?!

Being from Canada, I can't check if the game is working from my end, sorry.

I assume you've tried different browsers?

The only suggestion I have is maybe see if another forum might have a rep for them?

I tryed at Friends PC everythings fine.

dif. Browsers allready tryed / different Platforms too (Software/Mobil/Flash)

Btw: Thats the badest Casino Support i have ever to do with !!!! No Livechat 2-5 days till email response ... waiting over weeks to fix a Problem.....
