They are not accredited by CasinoMeister (but then, nor are 3Dice!) and to the best of my knowledge they are a 'stand alone' casino & not part of any group.
I not heard of any serious problems with them, but it's a little worrying that I just tried to go to their website & it's 'unavailable'

This is not a good time to try out casinos that you dont patronize. The CAG casinos were not rogues and were casinomeister-accredited yet they folded presumably because of mismanagement and a dwindling customer base. Even Bryan was unable to know that they fell into financial difficulties. IMO we should either stick to the casinos that we normally play at or those that are part of sportsbooks as they tend to be stronger financially. Ladbrokes and Canbet spring to mind if you want to play MG although the former always makes blunders when it comes to promos.

IMO the only casinos on here that ever get complained about are JF groups and other very large casinos. Villento is a very good casino there are other threads on here about villento if you want to read them.

Yes, it was their mistake and seeing that it was in your cash balance, you took full advantage of it and cashed out immediately. This would sour your relations with them. So maybe you can counter-offer them and redeposit say the $50 bonus and cash out when you reach, say 4x WRs. At least this shows you are sincere. You wont stand to lose a cent and will cement relations with them.

When I joined them I realised the bonus went into the cash account. I went on live chat to ask if they made a mistake but they told me they hadn't and this was normal

I've had very bad luck there, though it is changing a bit. There 35% weekly bonus is too good to miss I think. I don't know of any other microgaming casino that offers more than a 35% deposit bonus each week.

I had to try a MG, I have been dying to play my favs. I deposited $50 at Villento and it lasted me 3 hours playing .9 and .18 bets (at first I was doing .27 but it started going down to quickly)

This is by no means relative to anyone but me, but after having villento run through several deposits with no entertainment value ( isn't it supposed to be fun?) I opened up villento and made a minimum deposit ($20) and then opened up first web and made the minimum ($25)

I started thunderstruck in both and set it at 500 spins. minimum 9c bet.

here is the screenshot right before villento busted me yet again. I hit one set of free spins after 1200 spins at villento. first web is still hitting them as I type this.

Which seems to be more entertaining. Mind you, this isn't a hasty judgement, I have cashed at both before. I low roll. Low rolling through over $100 in a week without a win over $5 tells me to stay away.

Hi i played at villento some time last year, Had a pretty bad beating but pulled a huge lump back off two off those promos where you are allocated a certain amount off free spins to win a bonus balance.

I made the wagering and as i say pulled most back.

Cant realy remember how tite the games were if that.

But one thing i surely remember is the strength off there server i played ladies night non stop with out clicking out off the game on auto spin for about 12 hours.

Considering the amount off time i played and betted you would be thinking no wonder i got a beat down, But i think i probably done very well indeed and definitely got my moneys worth still a bummer tho.

since when do bonuses get split between cash and bonus? my whole bonus always goes to bonus!

When WE make mistakes, casinos expect us to bear the consequences, which are often more than 50. Hopefully, their CS have been reprimanded for being careless when crediting bonuses, as it opens a loophole when a DIFFERENT department handles the cash-out, and sees it all came from the cash balance, and so assumes it is OK to process. If this was the FIRST withdrawal, it seems finance screwed up too, since surely it was a teeny bit suspicious that you cashed out EXACTLY what you started with, and the routine verification process usually contains a gameplay audit.
Maybe there was no record in the system of it ever having been a bonus, so a gameplay audit was not done - maybe they thought you deposited 50, won 50, and cashed out.

I have an ungodly payout % at rich reels. And a very low one at villento. Its called variance and paranoia. Those are the 2 cosmic forces at work here.
