OK, I do not know how to figure this out. I take casinos on faith except when it slaps me in the face. I played the new game at English Harbor, Bangkok Nites and noticed after a while that some of the paylines were not paying out.

It was a very slow realization something was "off".

I contacted English Harbor and gave them my screenshots. They said "all was in order" and they saw NOTHING wrong.

Well , I went back and deposited some more money to get more screenshots (dummy me only took 2 the first go around).

Well, I got quite a few more. If someone can help me figure this out (I know there are some really good people that understand this stuff) Please let me know I am not dreaming.

I hit 5 tens with the jewels and wild on free spins that is supposed to triple the payout I think, and I think it paid wrong...but who knows..It never showed all 5 tens as a payline is the reason I questioned that one.

I hit 3 tens on payline 9 and it paid nothing and the four tickets should have paid more I think.

Am I seeing things???

English Harbor Glitches continuation...

Sine this casino is on the list of accredited ones and I really enjoy their games, I was totally taken off guard with their reply after sending them my screenshots. Here is the paytable and as you cans see in the screenshot where 3 tens on line 8, there are no payout, something is wrong...very wrong and I am not dreaming.

I was just asked if I was sure line 8 were the tens without any payout. Here it shows it is a payline.

Is there some reason why you can't search through your past emails? You have had plenty of time to find it.
It doesn't seem like this is being taken at all seriously...sadly familiar.

All in all, I must have sent at least 8 emails before I came here to post since they kept telling me I was wrong and that made me so unsure of what I was seeing and that was why I asked for help.

Funny, what they didn't understand was that but if they replied saying they were going to check it out, it would never have gotten on this forum instead of the standard, "Nothing is wrong" email...ahh well..I will send one more..

There is also a mysterious 'glitch' in the BJ software at the moment:
I am so glad you noticed that because I sure wan't going to say anything more. It seems on the last hand when you ask for a hit, the dealer gets their card first then you get yours...stranger and stranger.

I will say this, they did remove the game and returned it and it now seems to play fine. They also returned my monies that I invested to get the screenshots..which I say thank you kindly for.

so, is there a statement from EH about this?
Was there a payout problem? Has it now been fixed? Why did CS deny that there was a problem? Have all players who played the faulty game been compensated? Why was this not found before public release?
If there wasn't a payout problem, can they explain the funky screenshots?

Well I had quite a few spins on that Bangkok game at Slots Galore - so they better cough up all my money back if the lines werent paying properly!

Mind you, considering they would have to make a lot of refunds to players, I doubt if they will publicly admit there was an error in the software. It took moving heaven and earth to get them to admit to their video poker having a problem a few years ago....lets hope they have learned something from that experience.

Remember when Mega Moolah came out at MG and the wheel graphics weren't working properly? (It sometimes sort of looked like you won a bigger prize than you actually had)

32RED paid back all bets placed during the time the graphics were a bit off - and got it sorted with MG. Literally, as soon as the problem was identified and the timeframe calculated - the cash was back in my account. Awesome.:notworthy

Rightly or wrongly or whatever - the screenshots and OP's story indicate that the slots at this casino are blatantly not paying what they should.

Player confidence is everything; to have a thread lying around like this without any sort of decisive input from the operator is, well, a bit silly... Some might say suicidal from a casino operator's perspective.

omg i had the same problem with a tournament at slots galore. it was a tournament that ended on the 31 october with a 100.000 prize pool, i think it was 10 $ to enter and the game was a different game, it was not this bangkok nights but another one! but i noticed it there too that some paylines where not paying out!!! i took another rebuy for 10$ geez what an idiot i am:eek2: the problem is i don't have any screenshots but i know what i saw!
one payline that didn't pay out was the straight horizontal line in the middle :eek2:
