Hope everyone is having a good day?

This is my first post on here.

I've been using online casino and bingo sites for about 10 years now and never had any major problems so hadn't come across this site before Friday last week when I had my online winnings confiscated.

After some googling I've found Casinomeister and felt a huge amount of relief to find somewhere that might be able to help.

I've done PAB form so hoping for some success. Not sure how to track how it's going though?

Any advice about how to use the site, where to look for info etc more than welcome

You don't track its progress. Max will update you by PM should there be any additional info he requires, or with the progress. Many casinos are quite recalcitrant when it comes to Arbitration, so unless accredited here or a rep present here don't expect it done overnight. It can take a while, so be patient.

In the meantime, discretion as regards posting. You can make banal comments like 'Max is still dealing with it' should anyone ask, although unless your intent to PAB was announced in a public thread this is unlikely. Any details are private though while the PAB is in progress and maybe even afterwards if such an agreement is made with the casino.

Just avoid posting details or pestering Max or haranguing the casino in public. It won't help you! Just the opposite. Good luck with it.
