:cheers :I am a reluctant "forum poster" but have been so impressed with the site- that I'm making the effort. Introduction:- Female, Australian,40+ ,Nil Partner, Independent children, Work Hard & am enjoy playing "slots" online. The ability to play 'SLOTS' on line has provided me with an easily accessible outlet- to take time out from the day to day and escape to a place where my thoughts become entirely focused on the game and striving for the big win. Being able to focus exclusively on the game and keep my mind free of racing everyday thoughts.. Plans, budgets, goals, needs, wants, worries.. if only for an hour seems to rest and relax my mind.
Call me crazy but I could even go as far to say playing online slots is almost a form of mediation for me, and I believe that having my mind of free of all other thoughts, can be therapeutic. I seem to feel less stressed and more focused after a gaming session- win or loss.
The only time this has not occurred is whilst dealing with a "Rogue” Casino (Virtual Group) that was withholding winnings and after much patience finally became confrontational treated me with utter contempt and implied that I was some sort of criminal. The frustration and anger that resulted from being dealt with in this manner was far greater than any grief that a monetary loss has caused. I gave up trying as the process was becoming more stressful than the dollar loss and for a time I stopped playing. Eventually I received a payment – in part and after 3+mths. Not good enough, I did not want to be giving another cent to a bunch of crooked scammers. I did not think I could trust any on line casino and even if there was one or two that could be... how the heck was I going to find them. The more I researched and checked on line reviews /comments the more disillusioned I became. It was not until I discovered Casinomeister a few Months ago and took the plunge by registering with one of the listed accredited casinos - that not only are there reputable casinos out there but there is also a relatively easy method of identifying them. I have been paid out a couple of minor wins, Jackpot City and 3Dice quickly and without incident and even if I don’t crack a big one.. At least I don’t regret having a go because I know that the casino is paying out some punter and hey.. my big one could be just around the corner.
